Went in for. Free brake inspection. Cody went above and beyond and was very honest and showed me my brakes were still good for a little while and to come back in a few months to have them looked at again. Very impressed by his initiative and honest.

I was having issues with the trunk last week, and I stopped by Cinco Auto because they along my commute. I spoke with Cody and he got me squared away in short order. I was very grateful for their help as it started raining soon afterwards. This is actually my second time dealing with Cinco Auto, who had previously assisted with a state inspection. Reliable and trustworthy and great service for decent value. I have had the opportunity to get my cars serviced at this store Jim, JD and others are very friendly and provide you the best consultation and reliable service and repair guidance. I had to travel quite a bit and my kids will often take their car for repair and service when they were students in high schools, Jim will always make time to help them with their issues without taking any cost advantages. I love cinco auto!! When I moved here, I needed to find a reliable place to take my car for oil changes and other issues that may arise, and I am so happy I found this place! They have taken care of all my cars and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have always been honest & trustworthy with fair prices, and as a girl who knows nothing about cars I really appreciate that! Cody, one of the managers, is very knowledgeable on everything and very caring/considerate to his customers. Took our car in for annual inspection. They started within minutes of checking in and were finished quickly. The technician was friendly and helpful. They also accepted used motor oil for recycling.

Amazing customer service! From the time I arrived until the time I left, everyone was so nice! The waiting area was so clean and the free coffee was a bonus! My car was spotless, like new, and I was in and out so quickly! This is my new go-to car wash!

Excellent - was in and out in no time for an inspection of a Canadian car and an oil change as well. The associate was very helpful with explaining the charges and next steps for vehicle registrations. They don’t take reservations but I didn’t wait at all when I got there and was out of there in approx 35-40 mins.

Super quick and easy! Had an issue with my brake lights, and they took care of it in 10 minutes. Amazing customer service, Cody was great!
