Embassy Veterinary Center Hardin Valley

Embassy is a great facility a with a friendly, competent, caring staff. Although my dog Sophie is a new client, both she and I are happy with the veterinary care and treatment as well as the grooming service. Also beautiful and very clean!

Daycare is awesome! The staff are fabulous and my GSP “Gypsy” just loves them! She’s so energetic that she can be hard to handle sometimes. I brought her in the other day to clip her nails & they were able to do it with ease! It only took a couple of minutes & she was not upset at all! Great service and a great experience! Thank you!

Dr. Watson and the whole staff are thorough and so compassionate! They take the time to listen and go out of their way to make our pooch and family feel comfortable from the time we check in until we leave. They also follow up immediately via calls and/or emails with pending matters.

My dog was sick and I called quite a few vets around Knoxville. Embassy was the only vet office that was willing to work my dog in their schedule. Everyone at the office was very kind. They prescribed my dog antibiotics and after 24 hours, he is already feeling better and getting some well needed rest. I am very grateful for Embassy!

Absolutely love Embassy. Dr. Martin is so nice and supportive of the animals and the surgery staff are all super helpful even when I'm panicked about small things with my dog. The staff all seems to love animals a good deal even when they're tempermental. My dog just got fixed the other day and everything went well. I have a lot of faith in them.

Dr. Grieco and her assistant were excellent. Penny can be a challenge but they were kind, calm and professional. Best vet visit I’ve ever had. They explained everything. I am so appreciative.

My dog recently developed epilepsy. Dr. Martin and Dr. Watson have both been great in helping support his treatment. Their technicians are also great, I had an outstanding experience with Brooklyn today and really appreciate them.

We had an amazing grooming experience at Embassy. Such a friendly staff and the groomer came in to speak with us for our first visit. She got down on the floor and connected with our dog and it made us feel at ease for her first grooming. I also appreciated they called us as soon as she was done instead of putting her in a kennel for several hours, so many grooming places do that and I don't prefer that for our pet. She gave us a report on how she did during the grooming which was nice to hear. We will definitely be back!

Dr. T. Martin is the greatest veterinarian we have ever encountered. Her knowledge and kindness could never be surpassed. She always takes the time to explain any issues and all treatment options. If you want your pet to receive the best possible care, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Martin immediately. She never disappoints!

Well, Dr. T. Martin did it again. We had exceptional service for our puppy. She is so warm and caring. It was the puppy’s 1st time at Embassy and Dr. Martin made him feel comfortable and safe. He enjoyed the appointment so much that he tried to leave with her instead of us. Now that is the sign of a tremendous caregiver!
P.s. she was supported by 2 wonderful techs. They explained more about canine anal glands than I ever expected to know. It was very helpful and not as upsetting as I would have expected.

We had another amazing appointment. Sheena was so helpful and kind to Duke. She really cares about his comfort and well-being. She told me that we will get to the “bottom” of his anal gland problem. I have all the faith in the world in her!

What a great place. Dr. Martin is the best. She previously took care of my Boxer / Shepherd mix at a different clinic, and we have followed her to her new office. She went above and beyond to take care of my difficult, partially disabled dog. The office staff was also amazing in helping us out. If you live in the Hardin Valley area this needs to be your first choice - don’t just choose a place close to home because it says “Hardin Valley”

The first visit with my Siberian Husky was a most positive experience. Dr. Watson spent quality time reviewing her records, and offered suggestions for her ongoing health maintenance.

The kennel opens to high fenced exercise areas with artificial pet turf and a great area for active dogs to romp and interact.

After four months with Embassy, my experiences have continued to be very positive. Huntress has enjoyed day care, WellCare, boarding and grooming during these months. She loves going!

The staff is incredible!! They really do care for your pet!! I came in for a quick appointment and everyone was so welcoming, the techs were so nice, and the doctor answered all of my questions!!

My dog may have been growling at the techs the whole time, but they handled him with care and got us in and out of our appointment in 20 minutes! I also appreciate Dr. Watson’s willingness to take the route of supportive care instead of pushing for pricy testing up front. Definitely felt like we were in good hands!

The staff & Dr. Nagel took such good care of my cat when he got into the dog's medicine. 10/10 recommend!

I was so pleased with Dr. Martin and her staff for the kindness and care they provided my sick baby. Dr. Martin took the time to explain her findings of what she thought was wrong with my fur baby. Many thanks to all office personnel!!!

I have 3 dogs and I’ve used a few different vets in knoxville with average experience. My 11 year old dog has had a few scares over the last year and twice now that something semi-urgent has come up, my regular vet has told me “sorry we are booked” yet Embassy has told me “come in and we will make room.”

They are the only get my youngest puppy has gone to and will be my regular vet from here on out — despite the drive for me (~30 min) because of their compassion for animals and they’re EMPATHY for us owners. Seriously 10/10 recommend and you’ll see why.

I had a sick dog called to see when I could get they had an appointment later the same day. I am a new client super pleased with the staff there service I saw Dr Watson he was great . All in all Cooter and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Embassy

Beautiful, compassionate and professional is how to describe this veterinary hospital. I was visiting with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice and I couldn't help but remark on how great the staff is here! Their attitude is amazing... love this hospital.

Extremely great care provided by Dr. Martin and her staff for an emergency consult and ultimate surgery. Very friendly and professional and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you!

Update on my previous post. Dr. Martin was wonderful, caring and thorough with our Benny. Ultrasound was performed and we are hopeful for a good outcome🙏
