Dillard's Clearance Center

How could anyone NOT absolutely love this place. The deals are amazing... and the staff give the same dillards second to none customer service to everyone in the store

I found some awesome pieces here! I bought a cute pair of jeans and a cute blue jean shirt. The total bill was $40 so about 50% off each piece .

So glad we found this place! Found all of our formal wear in one location. The store itself, for what it is, is clean and fairly well organized. A lot of the formal wear dresses are not well taken care of. That isn't the fault of the store-it's the fault of the customers who just don't care. Zippers are ripped out of some of the dresses, straps are torn off of some, etc. I did find the PERFECT dress that was originally $350 for $92!!

The best place to shop for the entire family, spended about $1,000 on sale items for a family of 5 with outfits for the entire year and of course i treat my self with 20 pairs of shoes

Interesting place to shop and browse… They always have great deals on everything from shoes to suits. Most of the time things are 65% off watch for holidays like memorial day and Labor Day and the discounts are deeper. This is a great place to go if you’re looking for men’s slacks or dress shirts. Still wearing ties? They have those too. They’re seasons to be flipped…. For example, right now they’ve got a huge selection of short sleeve shirts, which they are moving out of the regular retail stores, but they also have a big selection of fall and winter wear as well. I guarantee you’ll show up here looking for something specific, and leave with something you didn’t know you needed.

Great clothes great prices

Though, they have raised the prices on their men’s casual shirts substantially…, they now have a lot bigger selection (obviously are now pulling from the non-clearance stores much earlier but now charging the discounted prices from those stores, which are much higher). Are still some o.k. deals on shirts but not nearly as good as the $4.99 for many in the recent past (this year). Are still some decent deals on slacks and on some men’s dress clothes.

Found great sales when I went on December 18 2023.

Had an opportunity to visit Dillard's Clearance Center and the visit was awesome. Met a lot of nice individuals while there and the atmosphere was great. The stores we visited were all very reasonably priced. Had a wonderful customer service experience in Dillard's at checkout. There were a lot of items being purchased and the wonderful woman who was checking us out held up the line and took what seemed like 20 minutes helping us find the Dillard's account needed to save money. Because of her kindness and amazing customer service I would definitely visit Dillard's Clearance Center again.

I'm an avid smart shopper and Dillard's Outlet has Brand Designer clothes, home , shoes, men's , children's clothing at OUTSTANDING prices. You will get more for your money, save money without having to go to a mall, drive all over town and save time and gas.
All their merchandise is Excellent Quality at reduced price. Just purchased a queen comfort value $500 but with reduced savings was able to purchase 3 accent bed cushions valued at $80 each. My total purchase was 200.
When looking for employment, I purchased my jackets, pants and skirts at savings.
I like to shop and know it's QUALITY and SAVED.

Pam Howard, the District Manager, was the absolute best! I had an issue with a purchase at the store while in Irving for a work trip and contacted Pam’s office. She was prompt in her response and gave great customer service to me in a time of distress. She even made sure to tell me congratulations on getting married and hope my presentation went well when I disclosed that information earlier in the call. She made sure to make me feel important by including these small details that could’ve easily been overlooked in her day. This customer service is why I’ve been a Dillards card holder over 10+ years
