Le Citron European Cafe & Bistro

This place was super cute. Nice little vibe and the vibrant yellow colors really bring out a good energy. Both ladies working were super kind and helpful. When I ordered, it was between the classic or the farmers for me, so I chose something different and went with the farmers and it did not disappoint it was super delicious the sauce on it was good! The tomato basil soup was delicious and the bread had a perfect crunchiness to it. The Toscana panini was also delicious and flavorful, nothing I ordered was disappointing, everything was fulfilling and was a good portion. Last was the lavender lemonade I ordered, super delicious not to far off of what regular lemonade tastes like, just a hint of lavender made a good difference!

Cute little shop. The girl at the cash register was very nice. Our lunch came our pretty quickly. The cup of tomato soup was really good. The Toscana panini was good but a little dry. My friend enjoyed her caprese baguette & chocolate croissant. The music & atmosphere are super chill. Very easy to have a conversation inside. The bathroom was clean & large. I would go back.

I rented this cute little place for a bridal shower. I was throwing for one of my daughter’s friends. We were so happy with the way everything turned out! They were so easy to work with, and the atmosphere is so charming and was perfect for our event!
In the weeks before our event, I had several lunches there with friends. Every one of the menu items we tried was fabulous and the service was great! I highly recommend stopping in and tying them for lunch or brunch or even just a coffee. You will not be sorry you did!

Nice little spot. Food was on point. Had the Montecristo crepe, very light and flavorful. Homemade lemonade was perfect not too tart, not too sweet. Definitely will be back to try some of the other offerings.

Great atmosphere and space for a wonderful group meeting! The bacon quiche was absolutely delicious! Crust was flaky and the flavor was honestly the best I’ve ever had! Service was quick and staff was very friendly!

This coffee shop is charming and offers delightful European desserts and dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Quiche Lorraine with crispy bacon. The eclairs and cannolis were delightful with just the right amount of sweetness, and the vanilla notes were prominently evident in the creamy filling. The Chicken Florentine crepe was satisfying and was elevated by the delicious Hollandaise sauce.

The interior is bright and airy, with a fresh, lemon-themed décor in light yellow hues. The details, such as the elegant lemon accents, add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the café.

Nice and quiet little place. The passion fruit lemonade is hands down the best I've had.
I ordered the waffles and fruit but my son devoured it so you know it was good. You know how picky 2 year olds are. Waffles were sweet and soft.

Had to check out this cute quaint place out. Very cozy place. Tiramisu latte..what! Yummy and so warming. I had the spinach Florentine crepe..added some grilled chicken. Talk about juicy chicken! Now we also tried the Nutella and Banana foster crepes...just amazing! Everything was delicious! Will definitely be back. Devyn was our server and was so accommodating and great! This place is such a gem. Come check it out for yourself.

I'm usually more of a tea person than a coffee person. But the lavender latte was delightful and the strawberry crepe was excellent. Very quaint bistro. I also took a selection of macarons to go. My favorite was the lemon. One of the things I also enjoyed was the music - 60s French Pop! I truly felt like I was back in Paris! Lovely!! ☺

Amazing cute bistro in downtown New Braunfels. The coffee was amazing and the aesthetic was amazing. Definitely a good brunch spot. They do serve breakfast all day. Would definitely recommend checking out!

Lovely little spot with delicious, made from scratch, food. Please be patient and kind, they are clearly short staffed, as are most restaurants, but hustling and trying their best. Everyone I interacted with was kind and the owner/chef and I chatted for a bit. Go support our local community and bring a smile.

I consider myself a crêpe connoisseur. I've had them from the French Quarter in New Orleans. Both Disneyworld and Disneyland. Boston. Philadelphia. Colorado. California. Alaska. All the way to France. (My dad was in the military for 37 years so a lot of travel) These were among the best crêpes I have ever had. Period. Reading some of these reviews made me laugh as I doubt anyone calling these "unauthentic" have left Texas or the US. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years and have always wanted to try it. We got there about 1130ish. A few customers. But the day was rainy and the atmosphere and atheistic of the place is so warm and bright we forgot the weather outside. My wife got the crème burlee coffee and loved it. We each got the Farmers Crêpe and a strawberry dessert crêpe to share. The food took about 15-20min which is totally acceptable and well worth the short wait. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The guy who made the crêpes also came up and talked to each of the guests and is a Senior Airman. Extremely nice and a great conversationalist. Even gave us tips on how to make crêpes at home! Although I think we will stick to coming here for amazing crêpes and a great date place. Thank you!

Enjoyed a quick brunch! Ordered a coffee and savory crepe that was delivered quick. The crepe was tasty (maybe not 100% authentic but... it’s Texas not France and it was very good).

I sat outside and enjoyed watching people & cars pass by. They warned me that they were short staffed so they might not come out too much... I still got a coffee refill and my plate taken promptly. No complaints at all, I’ll be back.

Very friendly service and a cozy experience. The food was as delicious as it was filling. Coffee was great. The Monte Cristo crepe took me back to Paris. Will return!

Loved this place. The lattes are great and the crepes and paninis are savory. The Toscana crepe was so tasty. It was as if I was tasting a beautiful garden. This place is a must if you enjoy coffee and good food.

That was the best breakfast I’ve ever had, it was a wonderful cafe, it was beautiful inside and everyone there was so friendly and helpful, the coffee and blueberry crepe was amazing. Glad we stopped here before our long drive home. Definitely recommend!

Le Citron is a new favorite of mine! What a great atmosphere! It is so cute, quaint, bright, and cheerful! The staff is very personable and helpful (and make a wonderful lavender latte)!
I had the chicken salad croissant and the lemon bar. Both were incredibly delicious! I ended up going back the next day to have some more. I highly recommend this hidden gem in New Braunfels!

This quaint Cafe serves up amazing crepes! The Firenze Crepe captures the essence of the perfect savory treat. The Chai latte was very tasty, too! I would highly recommend this spot!
