I went in on Aug .9 around 11:30 am. , the store was not busy u was the ONLY customer asked nicely for lottery tickets, paid for them, while i was putting my change in wallet , noticed i had 3 winning scratch offs and decided to cash them in , well did nt the lady tell me "NEXT TIME JUST MAKE 1 TRANSACTION. " Im always good bout not holding up a line, but there was NO ONE in line behind me. I got my scratch offs and went else where. Last time i go there its not customers fault if they are havin a bad day.would not give 1 star at all.

It’s 15 minutes before they are supposed to close and it looks like the employee is hiding somewhere with the door locked.
