Love to go to Kroger there, because of the wider choice

So while I was back in Irving helping out a friend I visited the Kroger in this shopping strip. So the good points is that everyone here was very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked and I love that they have a wide variety of sushi as well. The only thing I didn't like is the layout of the store if a person needed to access the coinstar machine to have money for groceries it's technically at the exit, and I think that they should do better cross product selling in the isles. And lastly when I was there the young man at the customer service desk was helping a man in front of me and there was a gentleman behind me and the man he was helping was doing things and requesting the same answers over and over again causing a long wait but that being said the young man should have at least acknowledged the customers waiting in line and not being on his phone while waiting for the man to finally finish.

The Young African American young man at the self checkout was an absolute Delight! I can honestly say that this is the first time in over 2 years of going to this store that I encountered a FRIENDLY, HELPFUL employee! He has a wonderful kind, helpful, beautiful spirit! Hold on to this employee, he is a wonderful asset to your business.

This Kroger didn't disappoint they literally had all the sale items. Staff was friendly.

Always a clean and nicely kept store. I don't live near it or I'd shop there regularly.

I just love Kroger! They have fresh produce. The employees are great.

Great choices in fresh food and vegetables. Kind staff, well trained in social distancing and wearing masks. Store is clean and you can do express self-checking out and get out quickly...but they have help if you need assistance. They also have friendly checkers.

Went here for Kroger, the shopping center is well lit with security and plenty of parking. Everything you need is here except this particular Kroger has made my least favorite location. I remember this store was new and was great at customer service not the case now. But rest of shopping center is great.

Kroger is typically not overcrowded.. that's what I love about any KROGER! They are clean and well stocked. Some prices are a little bit higher but the fact I can get in and get out is what I like the most 👍

Contacted the manager of Kroger, Dana Mitchell regarding a large order for 100 people for a work event. She was very friendly and accommodating for everything that we needed. The store was pretty full but I was able to find parking pretty close to the front.

It's pretty huge and busy. I get so bored . But people like it.

I absolutely love this Kroger! Great friendly staff aside some of the unfriendly cashiers. I was at the store yesterday and left my cellphone in the shopping cart. I didn't realize it until I got yo my next location. I called the store and they let me know that they had my phone. I went back to the store and retrieved it and my debit cards were still in the case! Thanks Kroger! God is so good.

The main store is the Kroger. There is also a Bank of America, some restaurants, a Family Dollar, and a T-Mobile store. The Kroger is usually well-stocked but can be a bit busy at times. I usually find everything I needed. The staff has always been friendly. I love the pickup service for everything but fresh meats & produce. I prefer to choose those items myself,

Halal Cuts is a fantastic meat and taco shop. Fresh meat and delicious food.

My favorite kroger to order my food for pickup when I'm home. Always get everything I order but they do throw your food in your trunk especially if you get cases of water or can goods. Maybe it was just the lady who brought my food out. Throw my groceries no tip 😒

Kroger is a good place to shop for food drinks etc ,i like the sea food part they have and the meat too it's realy nice there is also a meat section i do like the sale they have for the meat i always in the corner and get a great deals the girls that work at the money center the one from h town is very nice lady over all I highly recommend this store for your needs .

I had to drop by T-Mobile. This is my fav store. Rarely a wait. Plenty of parking. Super friendly crew. Music NOT BLARING like in most T-Mobile stores. Phone was dragging & pop ups like crazy. He saw the problem,fixed it & I was out the door in 5 mins. Great job

Love me some kroger,from the check in to the check out, from the front door to my door,I moved to Tx. From IL. Kroger is one of few stores that service is the same where ever you go, God bless you and keep up the EXCELLENT WORK.

I love this Kroger store because I can get just about anything I need from a grocery store and I don't have to go anywhere else. They have self checkout. The regular cashier lines are usually very long.
