Kroger

A convenient location and a very easy shopping center for grocery even it's like a grocery stores for everything medicines play vegetables force and minimums this is very nice place in Irving area I always enjoy while I visit here and most of the people who something there they will inside enjoy.

Everyone here is really kind. Especially the people that work at curbside! There was a guy working there at around 4:21PM on Tuesday and he was really kind! :)

The young man that was helping me opening a checking account was awesome! The other man was rude and very unprofessional!!! He saw the man helping me out was busy? He could of got the mangers attention to help out with the next costumer. Also DID NOT explain what kind of break he was taking!!

It's the best grocery store ever, and it gives you points off every gallon of gas, too. Love their gas stations.

Went to Kroger again yesterday and encountered the young man that was so friendly and helpful, this time I asked him his name - his name is Randy! I was watching him while I was in line and he was helping customers, each and every encounter he had was delightful to witness. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and the most wonderful smile. A definite asset to Kroger! Thank You Randy for ALWAYS being a delight!

I've always liked this Kroger. I've only ever run to employees that have been helpful and pleasant.

I can normally find all items I need, but every now and then stuff gets shuffled. Lots of stores do this-Walmart especially-but it can be really annoying at times. That's a general opinion, not necessarily a criticism of this store.

So. Good, prices aren't exorbitant, decent employees, good pickup parking as well!

The good thing about this place is that you can shop here and you’ll get fuel points, which will help you lower the gas price per gallon at the Kroger fuel station. It's easy to shop since you don’t have to stand in line because of self-checkout. Staffs are helpful. Everything is well organized. It’s one of my favorite places to shop

Can't give an biased review about this Kroger.. My son is autistic and nonverbal.. and we are always welcomed

Found all the groceries looking for. Also had all my prescriptions ready at pharmacy.

Tracy at the customer service desk is amazing. She is the true definition of customer service!!! Went in over the weekend to get my registration renewed and the website was causing errors, and told me to come back Sunday. I ran out of time on Sunday so I stopped in on Monday afternoon at 6pm. There was a gentleman in front of me doing the same thing and Tracy informed us that the system was taking longer than normal to log in. Well, she kept trying and helping out others, and kept telling us she would get logged in one way or another and she did. By the time she helped me there was one more waiting and she knocked the 3 of us out in under 10 min. Way to go and wished more people in customer service would be as genuine as her. Also, Kristian needs IT pay for assisting her today as well qithbthis matter!!!

Good Morning:!!! Hello and thank you for your customer service greetings this morning. I purchased 2 one gallon containers of water and experienced the best greetings from the very nice store attendants at. Kroger.😄
I realized the purified water machine was out of service and made in store purchases instead.

Wow wow wow! I cannot express how much I appreciate Kaniece! She went unbelievably above and beyond to assist me with my little ones formula. She showed a huge amount of compassion. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend just because of her.

I didn't get a name of the man who helped us, but he was a very big help! I had a hard time with a big purchase in the self checkout, and every time I had an issue he was with me in just a couple seconds with a good attitude and a sense of humor.

What usually is a grueling experience was made better with the help of the amazing staff. I will make sure to pick Kroger over Walmart if it's like this every time. I just wish I got his name, so I could commend him directly.

One of the better Krogers in the area. They all have a great selection but this is a really clean store with nice people. Check out their bakery cakes and dessert selection. Was surprised by the quality of designs and they were decorated in-house. The fresh seafood was excellent which is hard to find locally. Like most grocery stores it does get very busy during peak times.

Nice and clean store. They do update their inventory regularly, so if I need to check items before coming to the store or on the app I can do that and also get the guidance about the store also. They have self check out option too, so thats is convenient and easy. Also does have a pharmacy and they also accept electronic prescriptions and drive thru also. Good store to shop with and shopping here you earn fuel points which is a big saving towards fuel.

The staff at this supermarket are excellent especially Tania! She's always very kind to customers, she keeps the self checkout lines moving and she often mans the customer service station too. Someone should give her a raise!
