When you need the DIY basics, this is so much better than the haul you have do at Home Depot and Lowe's. It helps if you are not too far from Elgin.

Always has what I need, and the staff is always super nice and helpful.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. They have a wide selection of items for almost anything you can think of.

Not just Lumber there, tools and many other things as well. Great friendly knowledgeable people there.

Very helpful staff and a good selection of products. Great for filling in the gaps on those weekend projects without having to drive into Austin or Bastrop for the large stores.

Great non chain lumber and home repair place in Elgin. They are always super helpful and genuinely kind. Not alot of parking but I can always get in and out quickly

I go to this store at least twice a week to get stuff to fix or enhance things around the house. Very seldom do they not have exactly what I am looking for, and then I usually find something that is even better! A lot more convenient than one of the big box stores the next town over, and I like to support our local businesses anyway. The associates are very friendly and helpful, and although you sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes for them to help you, it is always because they are making sure the customer they are currently helping is getting exactly what they need. Try it, you'll like it.

Great place to find everything you need for large to small projects. You go in get what you need and out in 5 minutes if you don't know what you need someone working there steps up to help figure out what your looking for. Service is amazing. If the choice is a big box or Parker's, Parker's wins.
They also are a great support for the community. Thank you Parker's.

Always helpful, always polite, always have yummy popcorn! Its a perfectly sized store for everyday needs. I really appreciate the efficiency of a normal sized store that provides such quick service that you can almost always park right in front. No gigantic hike through the parking lot required.

I had been out working around the ranch and my leaf blower broke so I went to Parkers to get a new one. Had to have a Stihl and they are a dealer. Found what I wanted and upgraded to an 86. They then said if I bought the fuel mixer or premix then it would double my warranty, so I did. Then they took it to the back, serviced it by filling it with fuel, primed it and I was ready to go back to work! Love our local businesses! Great service!

Do not be misled by the rude customer service provided with Marjorie everyone else working here has a wonderful attitude and was a pleasure to be around one Grouch should not ruin the review for the whole bunch

Love this place. Knowledgeable and firendly folks. They always have what I need for the next project. Plus with their rewards program, I get a lot of 5 dollar gift cards in the mail.

Sheetrock @ Parker Lumber is like 4 dollars less than at Home Depot and at HD they never help you load and @ Parker the service was great! They loaded, I helped and they had me out of there in no time... great customer service and very welcoming.

Great store for lumber, hardware, deercorn, gardening items much more. I bough a garden wagon here, it’s been over a year and the tires still aren’t flat. Tractor supply tires leak out every month. Buy wagons here.

Dont always find some wierd tool or product im looking for, but always great service. They had lower cement prices than lowes last time i was shopping cement. Saved me a trip to bastrop or austin and cheaper.

The Jim and his staff are The greatest people I've ever met they help me they're very down-to-earth very kind I wish more places could be like them
