My boyfriend and I have been going to this nutrition shop for almost a year now, and Brandon is by far the most knowledgeable person we’ve met on supplements and nutrition. Every bit of advice and recommendation he’s given us has been spot on. He’s very transparent on his advice and doesn’t try to sell you on just any products. So excited they carry this awesome pre-workout drink! And my biggest vice is sugar which I’m attempting to quit eating so much of and this bag is only 3grams & loaded with fiber so it’s a healthy sugar fix that tastes delish! Come check this place out they’ve got it all!

Walked into the store and Bobby was in the phone so my expectations were low. He gets off the phone and proceeds to walk me through the whole store educating me on everything from pre workout to nootropics. I left with adrenolyn and ecstatic about the experience. It's so nice to find a mom and pop run store that truly cares about the customers and will seem to do anything to retain their business. We went in for a case of Prime drinks for my son. They didn't have the flavor he wanted so Brandon gave us a free drink with the promise we'd be back in a week to buy the case once they got their shipment in. We just left there with our case as promised and couldn't be happier with the service. I'll happily drive the 15 min further than my local shop to do business here.

This total nutrition is by far the best one I have been to. Been coming here for years and Brandon has always hooked it up with a lot of sample supplements and stuff so he wants us to have the best experience and actually try the stuff out before we buy it. He’s a super knowledgeable guy and is always down to give you information on not only the best supplements for your individualized needs , but also just a super chill guy to talk to in general. Will never get my supplements from anywhere else.
