I used to not like H-E-B cause I always thought they were one of the more expensive grocery stores. But after shopping there and looking at their prices, they are in line with the rest. I will say that all of the beef and chicken I buy is through H-E-B. They have the freshest meat and their butcher section really stands out from all others. They also have some of the freshest fruit in comparison to some of the other chain grocery stores.

Love this heb. When I come in I'm always looking for my cashier JerriLyn P she is the greatest very nice and polite she greets all her customers with a smile. She's also fast and efficient. Give her a raise.

This is my favorite H-E-B not only for the cleanliness but it for the customer service. Everyone is always nice but today especially I was greeted by Juan who assisted me is finding my spices and then took my return for me. Thanks so much for going above and beyond Juan!

Will in self check out deserves a spot award for helping me do a major cleaning when my container broke. You were very nice and patient when I wasn't! I hope your store manager knows what a great employee you are! 😀 💯

Great location. Really enjoy the fact that HEB still gives you the option to have someone check you out, especially when you have a pretty full cart!

This store has many products, organic produce and meat at good price and always clean. No need to wait a lot to pay and you find all your groceries here.

I really really need to commend MAYANA from the bakery department. I came in to order cake for my son’s birthday on the same day and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process and guided me in the right path. I gave her a picture of BLUES CLUES to put on my son’s cake and she advised it was wrong (copyright) and proceeded to search HEB’s system to find me the right/ appropriate picture. She really went above and beyond because in the past they’ll say no and proceed with other customers. At the end the cake came out well designed and you can see the attention to detail/TLC that was put in decorating the cake. She’s not just another baker, SHE’s an EMPLOYEE who deserves RECOGNITION! From my wife and I thank you very much!

I LOVE my HEB store at Spring Green! Friendly staff, great customer service, great products and great curbside services.

Went on a quick grocery run with my son. He loves to tag along for the samples. We stopped by a burger sample stand, but they weren’t ready yet. Janice, asked us to come back around in a few minutes and she would have it ready for him. We finished up shopping and totally forgot and we’re heading to the car when Janice ran up to us with his burger sample wrapped up for him. It made my sons day and put the biggest smile on his face. It’s the little things when it comes to customer service and they get it at HEB! Thank you Janice!

The bakery worked hard to make our cake amazing. It turned out great and my son absolutely loved it!

This is my overcrowded, go to store for everything. They need to build another one right across the street! Wouldn’t that be wonderful? East of Fry Rd customers and West of Fry Rd customers.

Delicious food and excellent service. The Smoked Brisket Japanese Fried Rice was so tasty! The Tonkatsu Ramen and Shrimp Udon noodles are also excellent dishes.

As always, I have enjoyed the professionalism of Manager Logan, he has always been kind and willing to help me as he has again tonight. I come into this store frequently at least 2 times a week after a very busy tired & sore evening shift to get dog food & I notice a price difference as I did my-self check out. Mr. Logan happens to be in the area & was pleasantly willing to correct the price. Mr. Logan, thank you for making my experiment very pleasant after my hard evening at work.

I think HEB is like a Disneyland for foodies. They have it all and very competitive pricing. HEB is our go-to for avocados, chicken and beef. One specialty we love is their bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. Ready to go on the grill and always turn out great.

Picked up some fresh flowers from the floral shop. The workers were berry friendly and helpful.
