To start, I came here from ClassPass originally and had Jenny as my masseuse. My experience was absolutely amazing, and was probably one of the most thorough services I’ve received. I have a terrible back, so there was a lot of attention to my pain points and helping relieve them.

I came back recently to get a massage from Jenny, but unfortunately she was sick, so upon my arrival they set me up with another masseuse whose name I don’t know. She seemed like she did not want to be my masseuse, and later I found her techniques were lacking in comparison to Jenny.

This was quite a disappointment because I had 95 minutes of services booked, and was not relaxed at all due to her being very rough (I asked her to soften up), and feeling like I was getting pinched or skin burned. She kept digging her arms/elbows into my bones rather than tissue. It honestly hurt and I am not feeling any sort of post massage benefits from what she provided me.

I felt very dissatisfied by her service, and really wished they turned me back home than set me up with a random masseuse. I still tipped her though.

My review is 5 stars for Jenny because I think she is amazing.

Absolutely great massage place. Place is very clean and has relaxful music. I normally do not go for massages but my sister suggested I try it to loosen my shoulders after surgery, to detox my body and to improve my blood circulation. Jennifer was highly recommended by my acupuncturist and she is indeed a great licensed medical massage therapist. She has great knowledge and experience in helping me heal and bring me back to better health. Thank you very much.

Can I just say Jennifer is amazing! I know I could say it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, but that doesn’t really capture how thorough her approach is. My complaint with most places is they don’t really know how to apply deep tissue pressure. Not only does she but the way she was able to stretch my fingers , limbs , and joints. She has an amazing gift! She just earned a lifetime client. If you want an authentic deep tissue massage, Jennifer is the masseuse for you! She also made making an appointment and working with my insurance super easy. I only wish my insurance would cover more sessions.

Traveling from Texas and this spot gives a TEXAS sized massage.

Great price for a 90 minute massage. Selina is a absolute ROCKSTAR! Medium/deep tissue is what I was looking for after a great day of skateboarding in this area (when it’s dry)…

Storefront and entry area are average. Rooms clean and fresh. Massage SOLID!

This was my first masage with Jenny. thank you for such a wonderful massage! Jenny is very professional, knowledgeable make u feel at ease. she is very good at explaining her technique and how it is beneficial to u. i will definitely be going back.

I have had many massages in my life and usually like to see someone associated with a Chiropractic office and not a spa because my experience with "spa" massages have not been great. That being said, I wasn't sure what to expect with this place and it was AMAZING. Quite possibly the best massage I've ever had. Jenny could tell right away where my issues were and knew which vertebrae were off in my neck and back. Usually I'm sore the next day after a massage but today it hit me a few hours later...but I can tell she really made a difference and I will definitely be going back here. I sit at a desk for work and I've been having headaches daily, today I did not have one! If you're skeptical because it says "Spa", don't think twice! I can't speak for all the therapists but this woman definitely knew what she was doing.

Very great experience! Jenny gives the best foot massage and she is so friendly. Julia walked on my back and I feel so light afterwards. Chloe walked on my husband's back and he feels so much better. All of them are so nice.

I had to come over to Bellevue form Eastern Washington for a doctors appointment and was looking for a reasonably priced massage while here. This place was perfect! I was able to get a two hours massage with Julia, who is was easily worth twice that. There hours are reasonable for anyone who can’t go during working hours and their facilities are clean and were able to accommodate both my sister and myself. Without a doubt highly recommend!!

Got a fabulous deep tissue massage from Jenny last week. Came back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Jenny may look tiny but has a lot of strength. My instructions were simple.. Use lots of pressure on my legs and lots of technique on my back. When we had 20mins or so left, she asked me if there was any area that I wanted her to focus on and did a good job on areas that I pointed out.

I did not get the first timers 10% discount that the last few reviewers mentioned. But I was extremely pleased with the value I had gotten for 70$/hr, paid a handsome tip and will definitely go back.

Would have been nice to have some scented candles and nicer music. Also the sheets on the massage bed weren't cotton or had more polyester feel, which I didn't like. But then places that do get these things right also charge a little over twice the amount that these folks do.

The folks here are great! I have had three different massage therapists and all have been great. You can make an appointment and I have also walked in admirer throwing out my back. I have done many massages, get them weekly, and this is a great place with great people.

Went in with short notice severe neck and calf pain. Paid for a one hour massage. Lan (Carrie) was amazing!! She found places on my body that hurt that I didn't know about! I left there being able to walk without a limo AND turn my head! Considering I drive a street sweeper for a living I need mobility in my neck!! Thank you so very much for the help! I'm coming back next week.

There have more then friendly people, I was there w/ several back pain and Jenny with magical techniques take it of.
A year ago I was there sofering of pain at my right shoulder from repetitive works , Jenny did a great massage and stretching to healing it.
After hard work a great massage therapy by Jenny it is so real relax.

Great experience! The cute massage therapist "Chen" provided one of the best massages I've ever had! The Spa itself is very nice with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Ocean Relax Center to a friend.

Excellent foot massage. The masseuse was able to fit me in on short notice. A foot bath comprises of the first 5 minutes, and the rest is ankles, shins, calves and of course foot massage. Decent price at $25 for half hour. There are some combos too.

One the best places in Bellevue for a professional massage.

A friend told me about this Spa after I hurt my back in a sporting event. After my first session, I started feeling better right away. After four sessions, I was back to my sport ready to compete with full energy.
