I recently phoned HEB pharmacy- McCreless and had the pleasure of speaking with an employee by the name of Patty. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for her exceptional patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. As a family member of a patient, I was new to the process of filling a prescription that needed authorization and had so many questions. Patty took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the process and what was still needed. She was incredibly patient and kind, never once making me feel rushed or unimportant.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with Patty and I will definitely be recommending H‑E‑B Pharmacy - McCreless to my friends and family. Thank you for having such an exceptional employee on your team!

Not sure what the low ratings are about. I haven’t had anything but a positive experience. The staff always seem to be working quickly; looks like they are understaffed. Regardless, they are always very nice and helpful.

@Marissa Medina, we take the PTCB test then when you pass you register with Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

I wanted to ask questions what time of test do yall take to become pharmacy tech the ptcb or the nha please lmk thank you

I recently switched to HEB pharmacy and I am very impressed with them. Tiara helped me in the drive thru and she was very polite and professional.

I appreciate the above and beyond customer service I received at this pharmacy. I needed to pick up a rx for my toddler who was ill. I drove straight from the doctors office and was pleased that my rx had been filled and was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I discovered that the drive thru was close for repairs. At this point both my 4 year old and baby had fallen asleep and having to park and go inside wasn't an ideal option. I let the pharmacy know my situation and they had someone come out and meet me at the curb, allowing my babies to continue to rest. I cannot adequately express how appreciative I was of this kind gesture. Thank you.

Pharmacy has the best pharmacist and helpful and friendly staff. They work as quickly as possible to give you the best service. They take their time to explain how to take your medication.
As with all pharmacies you have to wait your turn which many people do not like to do.
Also many people want their monthly meds before they are suppose to and get upset with the pharmacist because they can not get them. This is up To your doctor not the pharmacist, talk to your doctor about this.

I was taken care of rather quickly. The only issue I ran into was insurance not being billed for a medication. Other than that no complaints.

I have always been very pleased with my HEB from groceries to the staff on the floor and especially the pharmacy, thank you so much for your professionalism, patience and kindness 🥰

It’s fantastic to call in and have someone like Virginia take the call. Thank you for going above and beyond to resolve my issues then checking further to see if the price of the meds could be reduced and they were. Great customer service!

I have two kids, one who is a severe asthmatic and allergic to everything, so I am at this pharmacy twice a month minimum to pick up scripts. My experience has been great every time I go in or call. I have never been rushed, no one has ever been rude to me either on the phone or in person, and the pharmacists always have time to answer any questions I have. I have used several different pharmacy locations over my 16 years here in SA and I have not had a bad experience at any location. @sherrilmetalGSM

Quick and easy! Christine G. is always amazing! I come to this pharmacy often for my mom and recently for myself and she is always so nice and professional! You can tell she loves what she does and it keeps me loyal to this HEB Pharmacy! Thank you!

I Love Love Love this pharmacy because they are precise, professional and always on point. They’re also so very ready to answer any questions about any medications you need information on by some of the best pharmacists and assistants if it’s something you need a little information on. !

Christine G was amazing she lefted me with watery eyes on how much she saved me for my kids medications. What she did for me was beyond customer service she took the time to help me and I'm go grateful. The money she saved me I was able to go and buy some groceries and that right there is a blessing. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING AND ALL PHARMACY STAFF FOR HELPING US DURING THIS PANDEMIC!
