Dollar General

Great place to shop for quick pick up and go items that cannot be found at local gas stations, at a very reasonable price like cat litter, shampoos, baby items, bedding and bath items. tupperware, and more food items choices than at gas stations. This place is great if you want to avoid the shopping madness at the local HEB and just need to pick up a few quick items.

1st time stopping at this location, not sure how long it's been open but store was nice and clean smelled fresh, and I was in a bit of a rush only went in for 2 items and since I had never been to that one I was unfamiliar of where the face wash products where but as I was in a rush I asked the cashier and without hesitation she quickly directed me to the aisle I needed found what I was needing and she quickly rang me up and even gave me a recommendation for a good acne face wash since I had quickly made small talk about my son and the fact that I had to get the dollar general brand of one of the products I was looking for 👍👍👍

More in store than I remembered, but I wish security (loss prevention) was better. Website said product was there and associate said theft is a big problem. Wish people would just get a job and buy things instead of stealing.

One of the cleanest DG’s I’ve ever seen. Usually you go into a DG with fear that the stock may cave in on you and you’ll be trapped forever. This one is kept clean as possible. The staff is nice as possible. The customers might stab you. But I’m pretty sure the staff would at least call 911 to get you help before posting it on Facebook Live. Still have to say one of the best Dollar Generals on the South Side of San Antonio.

I went in to buy a few things and as I checked out, I got cash back. For what ever reason, I ended up leaving my debit card behind. This was a Sunday afternoon. I didn't realize it was missing till Tuesday. We went into the ask about it and they had it in a lock box. Thank God it was there .

This store is usually very empty but I will tell you straight up it is spotless and stocked with every single thing you need I'm amazed at this store the quality compared to other Dollar generals is spectacular

Good deals without the wait of other big box stores. Light traffic and exceptional cashier's make this the very definition of "swift shopping"!!!!!

Very excellent people. Awesome store. Everything was great. The cashier chased me down to let me know there was 1 Dr Pepper left. Saved me alot of gas and time.

This is my "go-to". Convenience close to home a whole lot less time waiting than HEB, and they have at least one of everthing i could possibly need. For a man who just goes to get what is needed, this place is a perfect match

very clean and well kept store no sign of loiterers or panhandling in sight the store is well worth to shop and the customer service is very polite and respectful when I visited worth the trip

This store has more product on stock n i was able to find what i needed that i couldn't find at 2 other locations i went 2 before this 1
