Lowe’s Outlet Store

Found this place thanks to TikTok! Way worth the 1-1/2 hour drive we had to make, took home 5000$ worth of appliances for 1600$ everything in perfect working order and the only thing that had a dent was the massive fridge. You have to be patient here, they get busy and sometimes you have to wait a little bit to be helped. But the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. Wanted to specifically shout out Bessie, she’s the employee who mainly helped us and she was amazing. Lowe’s is lucky to have her as an employee!

Purchased a new oven at the outlet and was surprised at the selection and 50% off retail price. The associate’s name that went above and beyond was Juan. He explained why the products were there and return policy. He helped my son and I load in our SUV and made sure everything was secure. This has been our 3rd purchase from the outlet. Everything is the same as regular Lowe’s but way cheaper. If you don’t mind minor knicks or dents then you’ll enjoy the savings on your pocket book. Call ahead to see if they have a large selection of what you’re needing. The inventory changes all the time. They do have more than appliances, this time they had some BBQ pits/smokers and some patio furniture. Worth the trip!!

I was in desperate need of a refrigerator since mine stopped working came here and loved they had a lot of variety to look at they have some decent prices which was great they also offer payments which saved me and also offer warranty definitely got that! Bessie gave me some good advice and was very helpful and I got my new lg fridge at a steal thank you !

Found a Great new Fridge at a great price. The store had additional discounts on the Fridges that day. It took time to go through all of them. You can't be in a rush.
The staff was very helpful, and front about the appliances and return policy. Will be going back to look for a range.

This place is a gem. I purchased a brand new refrigerator for around $500, the retail price on it was $2099. There was nothing wrong with it. I went home, plugged it in and it works as expected with manufacturers warrant still active. Jim, the store associate there is one of the best customer service oriented people I’ve ever met. He stopped me multiple times to inform me on the best options and made sure I made the right purchase. He gave me valuable tips on how to strap it down to my truck to get it home safely. You will not regret going to this store. You will find a brand new washer, dryer or fridge for over 50% off. I will only do business here for home improvement items moving forward.

If you are looking for appliances you should make the trip Here 1st. Inventory always changes. Scratch & dent, overstock. If you are going to purchase make sure the item you are buying has all the components or you can get them. All purchases are final and no returns. This would be great for a owner of a rental property, or someone looking for a cheaper replacement appliance.

Love this place, they have the best deals around. The only place to go to get your appliances anywhere in the metroplex. I’m so thankful it’s close to my house. I’m planning and my dad is also planning on getting fridges from here soon and I’ve already gotten a griddle and a dryer and they have all been wonderful

The store manager and the supervisor were two of the best women I've met yet. They helped me resolve a major problem I was having with my protection plan that no one online or on their customer service could help me with finally I can get my refrigerator repaired after over 3 weeks of trying to figure it out with the Lowe's employees online chat and do their customer service for the protection plans.

Amazing deal on a washer and dryer. I went to three other appliance "outlets" before this one and the prices were better here by far. They were doing an awesome sale and also had a large selection- just had to find a matching set. Would definitely be back for other appliance needs.

Every time I have been here has been absolutely Grade A customer service. Bessie was so helpful I wanted to give her a hug. Kevin was also very nice and helpful. I can't endorse going to this location enough. I will return to this place the next time I need an appliance.

Had to make an impromptu stop here to pick up replacement fittings for an air compressor. Was able to quickly locate the product in tool world. A very nice assocciate even helped me fit the fittings to my hose. Was in and out in less the ten minutes. Pretty impressive.

We found a frig at a great price! So many options! This place is great!

I visited this outlet to browse refrigerators and stoves.
I first encountered Juan who was super knowledgeable and helpful with my initial choice of fridge.
Just when I thought I made my final decision I met Jim (a fellow veteran) who was the cherry on top to this entire visit! Jim was knowledgeable on the pros/cons of different brands, and also shared his own personal preferences and experience with each. Jim was extremely patient with me and all my questions as a first time big appliance purchaser despite their limited staffing he never made me feel like an inconvenience (he even took time out to plug in and demo a fridge for me). I ultimately ended up going home with a great fridge and stove selected.

Overall this outlet has a huge selection (way better than the Best Buy outlet) I would recommend visiting when you have a bit of time on your hands (I spent about 2.5hrs here) as you should take your time looking for any cosmetic damage or functionality issues.

I'm going to buy buying all my appliances here. I got a steal during the 4th of July sale. Where I got 70% off on a $2000 refrigerator. Excuse mess, moving in.

I already knew exactly what I wanted when I went in the first time but didn't really expect to find it. Imagine my surprise when several items on my list were there!
Jim was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (even though it was close to closing time). He helped me navigate the store, understand the policies, and check over the appliances I was considering. The dishwasher was about 40% off and just has a dent in the back where no one will see it. The microwave was overstock and perfect. I am very excited about getting them home. Because of the ice storm, my delivery was postponed.
I will post again after I get everything delivered and hooked up.
I intend to keep checking back there until I see the oven I want come through!

Great prices on new in box appliances. $280 for a 17 cu ft freezer normally over $600 and washer $380 that sells for over $900. Scratch, dent and returns there as well. Friendly service. No returns allowed. At these prices buying the Lowes extended warranty is a good deal. Only additional discount honored is the Lowes 5% credit card. No coupons were allowed. Delivery is extra at $100 for within 30 miles of store. They have a neat lift to load appliances into the bed of a pickup truck.
