Ritz Carlton restaurant with another best in class dining offering in DFW! Knife Italian brings classic Italian delicacies such as Pasta Pomodoro, Margherita Pizza, Burrata etc.. but they do it style, taste, and Ritz hospitality. Plus, this amazing food is paired with amazing cocktails (my personal favorite, Django) and local / international wines. I highly recommend this place and glad now we have a winner nearby for great food and atmosphere.

The price is high but the experience and quality of the food is great. I recommend you to try it when you’re in Dallas area ❤

Continuation of my birthday celebration here. Pricey but it's ok. Kids ordered a la carte and buffet had lots of choices as well. Loved there salmon and Brussels sprouts. Good place and friendly staff.

Oh, Adam F. . . .

Adam, our server, was a treasure last night. I had four guests with me at Tesar's new restaurant on the Ritz Carlton LC's property (formerly the Four Seasons), and we were consistently delighted by every course we shared.

A family-style, sharing experience for many of the larger dishes, Knife Italian is, according to Adam (oh, Adam . . .), an interpolation of Tesar's family recipes mixed with modern cuisine's many techniques and presentations. Fear not, however: none of the foods were inherently "new," but really tweaked representations of classics.

We had the following menu after the amuse bouche of fava beans and aged balsamic dressing:

Kingfish with mussel bearnaise and caviar (light and delightful) Burrata salad (while burrata is great, it really was the tomatoes here that shined)
Charcuterie board (tasty and varied)
Potato gnocchi with shaved truffles (a MONSTER, and, all things considered, the table's favorite for the night)
Eggplant parm (mine's just as good *sigh*, but almost reaffirming in its simple, flavorful preparation)
120-day aged ribeye (essentially, a smaller take on bistecca fiorentina, and very satisfying)

All were tremendous dishes with great skill in preparation. I was a little disappointed in the wine menu, but it's just been open for three days. While they had some fine selections, I would greatly encourage the ownership and the sommelier (a delightful, young professional who was acquiescent enough to chat about a common acquaintance we shared) to explore getting some Sicilians, Sardinians, and other wines on their menu.

In summary, a really lovely night of food, warmth, and drink. I'm returning in the not-too-distant future to sample different things and recall some faves from last night's bacchanal.

Incredible experience at Law during our stay at the Four Seasons. Service was incredible. Adam, Rene and Juan were fantastic. We tried a bit of everything and NOTHING disappointed. It was all so delicious.
For dinner we had: Shrimp Cocktail, Park Rolls, Parisian Gnocchi with butter nut squash emulsion and sage, Wedge, Mac and cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts.
For breakfast we tried out the buffet and had: Cinnamon Roll Croissant, Blueberry Muffins, Made to order eggs, Oatmeal, Overnight Oats, Belgian Waffles, bacon, sausage, charcuterie, fruit and mimosas. It was incredible. So many options to choose from and all were delicious. I must say…kudos to the pastry chefs. So so good.

This place is great. Upscale environment with good food and drink selections. The service was terrific!

Absolutely delicious. Has a high price point but the preparation of the food was amazing. The fried pimento cheese popper was fantastic. We sampled some of the desserts and enjoyed a cold martini and glasses of wine. The ambiance is beautiful and you look out on the grounds of the resort. Lovely time

Ladies night! Dinner entrées were from Land and Sea.
Garam Masala Eggplant and Tofu Curry which I paired with Chardonnay and the Seared Scallops. DE-LICIOUS!!!
Dinner was excellent and service was unmatched!

We love their duck, highly recommended. the skin was crispy, inside super juicy and tender, with the fruity special sauce. Every bite have three to four layers of flavors.

We had such a lovely experience dining at Law Restaurant on March 29th. The food is outstanding. We had a delicious Shrimp cocktail appetizer and when the chef wasn't happy with the Grouper which I had ordered, they were very apologetic and comped our appetizer. I had salmon instead which was divine. My husband had an incredible steak. The wedge salad was the best I've had. Then on top of all the deliciousness, they brought us a surprise dessert with raspberry infused white chocolate petals that opened when the raspberry sauce was poured onto it. It was beautiful and delicious! The staff was very attentive and helpful, the service was outstanding. We'd highly recommend LAW.

Love the concept, excellent service, and unbeatable ambience! Love the greeneries and the natural light. The 64oz Tomahawk is the biggest piece of meat I have ever eaten!! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The s’mores skillet is great for dessert btw :)

Food and service is awesome! Juan took good care, very professional and perfect service. Ricardo went above and beyond!

Amazing Service!!! They are a well oiled machine. Anyone that walked by our table checked on us. The only thing to top the service was the amazing food. Will definity be back

Amazing Christmas Day Buffet! I would highly recommend!

This restaurant is absolutely one of the best for special occasion dinners. The ambience is second to none and guests will be amazed with the way this place is organized. The people working to serve the guests are polite, professional and do understand the dietary needs. I am really impressed with the diversity of food and a number of vegetarian options. The restaurant manager made sure that she greeted guests at every table which was kind of a nice gesture. Masks are mandatory and social distancing guidelines are followed to ensure the safety of everyone

Probably some of the best pastries I've had. They have a talented pastry chef.

Shrimp cocktail was beautiful. Cremà catalena too. (Watch out because it's HUGE portion for dessert). But Turkey wrap was bland... I'd rather go for fine dining menu like grilled salmon next time
