Also they have ready to go cakes as well, they will ask you what name what occasion and they will wright it on cake for you.

Compliments to the lady tending the flower shop named Olga. I arrived after hours and she kindly helped me wrap up a beautiful bouquet of flowers with no hesitation even though she was off. Amazing service.

Truly great shopping experience. The meat department was incredible! They had great prices on sale items. Cashier's always make me laugh as well as making sure I got all sale credits! Their produce seems fresher than other stores and the deli has lots of ready to eat items.

Friendly Starbucks, good bakery, clean deli, cozy seating with piano (bring your own piano player) and good produce section and meat counter (good seafood) help make up for Tom Thumb prices. Pharmacy is good, too, despite not having drive through.

Took our Safeway club card, and they had Zevia. What more could we ask.

Hannah in the bakery saved the day! I needed a cake, and needed it done fast. She swooped in to help like a glorious Marvel superhero. Very grateful for her can-do attitude, and attention to detail while under a time constraint. Thanks again!

Nice and clean. Staff and customers were polite and everyone is helpful. The girls at pharmacy are always good for a laugh. We use a stamp card which gives us 20% off when you get five stamps on it. I think they are the best grocery in Irving.

Good store. The managers have been very responsive to requests to stock certain items or even special orders for a one time purchase.

Is a little more expensive than other grocery stores, but the experience feels a little bit more "premium". Shelves are rarely empty and staff is in general nice. People at the Pharmacy are always super helpful and polite.

Tom Thumb has always been a swanky store to me. You know, kind of upity. I love this grocery store. The parking lot is always clean and organized looking. There were plenty of spaces available for parking. I went in for a money order, which was only .89 cents for up to 500.00. I thought that was great. Afterward, I was so pleased that I decided to purchase a few things. Strangely enough, there were no baskets available, but I was able to get one that someone left behind.
The store was very clean and neat. All the meat appeared to be fresh and newly stocked. The fruits and vegetables looked fresh and delicious, with the exception of the grapes. They just didn't look that great.
All in all, my experience at Tom Thumb was very good. The cashier was pleasant and quick. And I was on my way without any problems. Great store. I do recommend this location. 👌🏽

I have been shopping at this store location for years and I go in every Friday to do my shopping for my family and I noticed a lot of new people and not as friendly what’s going on here. I haven’t even seen my favorite person there in awhile I hope that her friendly sweet smile is still working there Janie is one person that always sees me and my kids and says hello Janie has always been so sweet to us and always smiling they need more people like her everyday. Plz get more help or more friendly faces at this location.
