I love using metro I been with them since middle school never had any problems with anyone and they give you the best option of picking a new phone I got a upgrade and they helped me set up my phone and they never have bad attitude so if y'all ever need a good phone plan or help go to Metro 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Anytime I have a question or need assistance, or making a purchase, and up grading phones; the store manager Andrew is simply the best. I have got so comfortable that I always go in when he is working. This man is the best and so knowable. Metro had no idea what an awesome manager they have.

My first time there, when I entered the building I liked how I was greeted. Great customer service and the selection on phone cases is awesome. I purchased a cute case and screen protector. Karla helped me out she is cool, she put my screen protector on for me without hesitation and patience , which I appreciate her for that. Thanks girl!!!

From the moment I walked into the Metro store on Southcross/ Hackberry, I was greeted& helped immediately! I went regarding a phone I just purchased in another Metro location,and I must say I was highly impressed with the staff, and Megan was very courteous & so polite,concerned & absolutely helped me in every aspect in resolving my questions. I was highly & most definitely speechless by her professionalism. Overall, Megan's great positive attitude and concern, I felt very satisfied, that I added an extra line to my plan,and I must say Megan had extraordinary customer service qualities above& beyond. We recently switched over to MetroPCS and received great customer service from Jesus. He was very friendly and personable. His goal was not just to make a sale, but to make sure that we were getting something that we wanted. This was exemplified by him reaching out to me a few days later when new cases arrived since he knew I was not completely satisfied with the one that I had bought. Most people would have forgotten! I went to this location to replace my phone and had the fortune to be help by a beautiful young woman whose name is Lynda. I am not very tech savvy and had a lot of questions about my phone. This lady was extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience there and will be looking forward to returning there if I need anything else

Just had an awesome experience with Andrew and Riz. Walked in there after visiting another metro store. They were very attentive and explained our new service! Those guys and gals there are really awesome!! She speaks Spanish well and helps out with their questions!! Hackberry location is the best team in my book and I've been to a few!!!!

My experience with Noman was excellent. He served us with quality customer service. He was able to explain all charges and what discounts were given to us on the plan we got on our phones.

Came in today to set up an upgrade on my phone; the representative Casey helped with all my questions and concerns and got my bill paid so that i didn't have to come back the next day. Good store to come too.

Walked in my screen was cracked guy peeled off his and explained it's the glassy protection that's that way but not the phone. A little demonstration helped me know my phone's ok. I felt awesome and they care for there customers. Guy is Kool he's the same one that sold me a better phone. Thanks metro pcs
