Amazing property for starters. Great golf obviously. But the service. Wow. Epic levels of service overall capped off by Sabrina at the front desk. As an early bird I was asking her when the Starbucks opens. She told me. Then asked what I drink. Five minutes later she walks up with a Latte. Thanks to the entire staff and thank you Sabrina for the great Latte.

My experience at The Ritz in Irving, Texas, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded my expectations.

Despite undergoing construction, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart.

Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. They anticipated my needs and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The facilities at The Ritz are top-notch, making it the perfect venue for a conference or any event. The meeting rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and conducive to productivity.

What truly stood out to me was the genuine care and dedication of the staff. Despite the hustle and bustle of a busy conference schedule, they always had a smile on their faces and took the time to ensure that every guest felt valued and appreciated.

In summary, my experience at The Ritz in Irving, Texas, was nothing short of outstanding. The resort is beautiful. I highly recommend the villa rooms off of the golf course 🏅. Also, the ritz club lounge has the most delicious food! Raspberry white chocolate chip cookies are one of my favs! A staff member named Toga truly made our stay worth all of the money we spent and more! We will be back!

Excellent service, as one would hope and expect from a Ritz Carlton. Room was standard but with many high end touches that sets it apart as a premier stay. Negative is the size of the shower, with bath and toilet area each having larger dedicated spaces. Location is suburban. Common areas are very nice, but currently lacking a ‘real restaurant’. Shown is the dining location available, with table seating for less than 20. A new restaurant is said to open March 2024, so I am visiting during a transition.

We recently spent 7 nights here. Given that we were loyal Four Seasons Las Colinas for 25 years, we felt trepidatious about the change in ownership. In fact, we only booked for 3 nights thinking that we would switch hotels if we needed to. However, this was our most enjoyable stay to date. The service was the best of Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, which meant that it just didn't get any better than what we experienced. The food and drinks were excellent and we loved that they were experimenting with a vegan menu. I'm glad we had a chance to enjoy the property while still quiet. The resort will undoubtedly become very busy soon as the excellent word quickly spreads!

Top to bottom this hotel is truly 5 stars. Incredible experience on every front. Every staff member was kind and attentive, room was immaculate, amenities are great. Will be back soon 😊

This place is magical. We stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Played 18 holes of golf. Went to a Cowboys game. Our suite overlooked the golf course. The restaurant on-site was delicious. The staff were excellent. We are planning to return very soon to stay for a longer trip. This is an excellent place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Beautiful resort! Staff was very prompt and helpful. This property was undergoing an ownership swap during my stay, so a little leeway was given under the circumstances, but I would definitely come back.

Ok, first off, the hotel is under construction, which is a bit of an annoyance, but the staff are really doing their best. Traveling with a baby means we often eat in, and I have to say, both breakfast and dinner here are great, with excellent service. The front desk upgraded us to a larger, recently renovated room on check-in, which was a nice touch. Great view of the pool and golf course from the balcony. I’ll definitely come again once the renovation is complete.

Nice place to stay and play golf with some buddies. The bar downstairs is well stocked and nice. The golf courses are amazing. The pro shop was big and had a lot of goodies. Nice view at night from my room!!!

My birthday getaway, courtesy of my family, led me to this establishment, initially shrouded in mystery regarding its identity – Four Seasons, Los Colinas Resort, or Ritz Carlton? As it turns out, it encompasses all these facets, seamlessly transitioning into a full-blown Ritz Carlton amid ongoing renovations.

Despite the construction, the resort skillfully concealed the work, offering a picturesque drive-in with lush greenery and a charming, albeit dated, façade. Every room featuring a balcony was a delightful touch, a rarity in today's accommodations. The swift check-in process culminated in a top-floor upgrade overlooking the golf course and Dallas downtown. The room, though not overly spacious, impressed with its thoughtful layout, abundant windows, and lofty ceilings. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed a stunning balcony, complemented by a well-stocked mini bar and a Nescafe coffee bar.

After enjoying spa treatments, I returned to find a delightful mini birthday cake, elevating the experience. The remainder of the day was spent in the cozy room, witnessing the sun's descent over Dallas.

Anticipating a return visit, my Marriott status promises access to the new Ritz Carlton concierge lounge. Throughout my stay, the staff, from doormen to valet to the front desk, exhibited unparalleled attentiveness. This level of service is precisely what individuals seek when indulging in a getaway. Grateful for the wonderful experience!

Just a beautiful property. The view outside our picture-perfect room was breathtaking. The staff was kind and attentive.

Great buffet! From the time we entered the resort until the time we departed, ALL of the Ritz staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

Very happy with the hotel. The newly renovated room are up to par with tech, and are very nice. As always, the beds are very comfortable.

This resort was first class! The room was recently updated and was so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was perfect. I was there for a business meeting and even the buffet style food was delicious. I usually pass on buffets. I will definitely be back!

Last June I visited this resort when it was the Four Seasons, for a RE/MAX Luxury Forum. The service and accommodations were first class.

The moment my driver pulled onto the property, I was greeted by someone curbside.

The registration was fast and my room was immaculate.

When I asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation, he not only gave me one but called and made the reservation for me.

Great place. Will be back one day.

Went there for the AAA Refined Travel Show and went to lunch after. Such high-end customer service I felt super pampered. I was fighting a headache due to no coffee in the morning, and the waitress knew exactly what to offer to cure it. I enjoyed 2 lattes they were so good. And the wagyu burger and fries were perfection. The hostess was so kind and welcoming I felt really comfortable. Overall, beautiful experience on many levels.

I used a resort pass to relax at the pool all day. First class service all the way around. Friendly staff at check in to tell you where to go. The pool staff is helpful with setting up the lounge chairs for you with towels.

Food and really good and I love that they come around offering samples to keep you cool Theo off the hot summer day.

This is an adult friendly resort with not many kids.

Only con is that I wish they had music playing so you had something to listen to at the pool.
I hope next year when the Ritz takes over that they still over resort passes.

This is my favorite resort in Dallas and I hope to return next summer.

The spa was fantastic! Very clean, well kept facility. Great service from Rubia, she was so kind & friendly! My massage therapist Stacy was also very kind, calm, & professional. She did such a good job on the hot stone massage! 10/10 would recommend!
