Albertsons Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for years now. Lauren, the pharmacist is polite, professional, and personable. The staff are great too, and all work hard.

I choose here for the reasoning of not going to Walgreens or CVS. It is the community and friendliness that makes all the difference. I’d rather walk inside than go through a drive -thru as if I’m getting a burger. The hours are very reasonable.

Thank you for doing what you do. Importantly, actually knowing customers and caring. It goes a long way. You are all awesome and respect for your field helping others. To the contrary on a previous comments; Lauren and her team hold high regard to customers. Just as a doctor would. It’s pertaining to our health. That they take seriously.

To note the older man prior to Lauren was odd… At least he got to see my breasts during a vaccine and gave my son a lollipop. Asking no woman present. Not sure why I had to take off my shirt but that is past. Covid and shots were in shortage. Despite that all highest respect to this pharmacy.

I consider them a part of my healthcare team.

All of the pharmacist are always very friendly and assist you in a timely maner. Lee the pharmacy manager always makes sure you have everything you need and all your questions are answered. Fills medications very fast, virtually little to no wait time, makes insurance verification a breeze, very easy phone automated refill system. Prices and co-pays are average compared to other pharmacies. Even though we have moved I continue to fill my families prescriptions here due to the wonderful customer service and great prices. I have been filling medication at this location for seven years !

Best pharmacy ever and thank you, especially to Valerie. Its a long story but she was wonderful and the head pharmacist is a great guy too. So patient and understanding. I'll keep going back. Thanks again guys!

ALL of the pharmacists and the pharm techs here are VERY customer service oriented. Most recently, I had some questions about the meningococcal vaccine/booster. Angela got the info, called me and gave me the info. he also followed up to let me know it had been ordered and also offered to see what the copay was. I will always choose this pharmacy over the others because of their consistently Excellent service. Thank you!!!

I have gone there for years and just put up with the rude service and long waits for prescriptions to be filled because it was close by. I came in for a regular refill that is always needed in a timely fashion. They said they were out of the medication and had no idea when it would be in. I called Walgreens and the service was night and day different. If your medication isn't ready on time you get a phone call and they let you know why. Just night and day difference.

Warning check to make sure they have medicine in stock before using them! The pharmacy didn’t have my medication (a timed medicine I had to start taking immediately) in stock and failed to call me or my doctor to inform us. The woman that was working basically shrugged it off saying they would get it tomorrow. When I asked why my doctor or I wasn’t contacted she said rather rudely “it’s not our practice that we contact the doctor if we are out of something, it will be in tomorrow...” I again stressed that I was to start taking the medication immediately. Then the woman said “hold on” didn’t inform me of anything and walked away. I called my closed doctors office and was informed that the pharmacy was on the other line trying to get a prescription for a different med. That was approved but now I am waiting for them to fill that prescription. It seems like this pharmacy is in need of some customer service training and from watching some much needed additional staff. Pharmacist was helpful but that other woman was NOT polite at all.

They are not welcoming, I am there monthly never a smile, how are, see you next month. If the store was not across from my Dr's office, last pharmacy I would visit

surprisingly rude and unhelpful pharmacist.

Pharmacists repeatedly called me "Sir" when I was trying to resolve an issue with a prescription I received. I corrected them multiple times but it still kept happening and I stormed out incredibly upset without any resolution to my issue. I think its disgusting to hang a pride flag in the pharmacy if you're just going to misgender your trans customers. I just transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere and I suggest any LGBTQ customers do the same.
