Makes good color copies and you can even have heavier paper if you wish. Fast service as well when in line to send a package.

Humberto and the other female associate were super helpful. I really needed to get something to New Mexico overnight and they stopped the truck as it was leaving to help me accomplish that. They didn’t have to and they did it. Great store. I recommend.

There is always a full busy staff available to help get your stuff done right and fast

I've kept a box at this store for well over 10 years. They do a great job of taking care of customers, and I've seen it first hand. No matter what I need to get done: from picking up a package left at my box, or making 25 cents worth of copies, they are friendly and get me on my way quickly.

I have been using this store to ship for many years. Never had a bad experience. I walk in pay and walk out with a tracking number. If you need to use a free computer and printer, I would suggest the public library.

I travel to Dallas a lot and always use this location to ship packages back home to Austin. Every time I walk in the door, I receive a friendly greeting and get the best service. Mona is always so helpful and very patient. I only wish I could find a UPS store in Austin that I liked half as much as I like this Dallas one.

Been using them since it opened, back when it was Mailstop. Same owners all along. Never had a problem. Shipping is expensive, it just is. So you pay a little bit more for good service and , not dealing with the post office lines. They will custom make weird shaped boxes for you when you need them for storage. Been trying to talk him into wrapping Christmas gifts for ages. They would make a bundle from me! Lynn Canatella, Old Lake Highlands.
