Customer service excellent! I acquired this unit to clean out my attic. I told them what I needed and they suggested I upgrade the size. Thank goodness they did. I was able to organize, box up and get rid of so much stuff! The building was clean, comfortable and most of all safe. I even brought my two little kids and they had a blast! I would highly recommend this facility for short or long term storage. Go see Chris and Melissa you won’t be sorry! Thank you both for all your help,

Rented a uhaul to move a dart board for my husbands birthday party, and the staff was wonderful. Helpful and advised of the best place to store my car while I used the van. I returned it that evening before 10 and had zero issues with the return either. Thank you! Will definitely use your services again.

My experience with this storage unit was great. They keep the area nice and clean and although theft is possible anywhere I was never worried about it here. My belongings were always kept safe.

I reserved my unit ahead of time and it was ready to move in on my move-in date. Chris is professional, informative, polite and was always available and accommodating. I rented my unit for 1 year and the building was always easily accessible, clean and safe. My unit was clean and climate controlled, and my belongings were safe the entire time. This place is great and they have plenty of climate controlled storage units. Ask for Chris and/or Daniel when you come in, since they were the ones that helped me the most. Staff in general is great though.

West coast storage staff is amazing! I was moving my furniture out of storage and I was 0ver 3000 miles away so I wasn’t on sight when the movers came . Chris went above and beyond to ensure my move went well! That’s not in his job description but he and the entire staff went above their job description! My things have been in storage for almost three 3 and I have never had a problem with west coast, Always courteous and helpful . I would give them 10 stars if the scale permitted! Thank you all so much !

The staff at West Coast Self-Storage in Auburn are amazing!
When I started to outgrow the unit I was in, they helped me determine the next size I needed and got me upgraded!

There was an issue a while ago where I was trying to use the elevator (after office hours) and the keypad system was not working properly. I called the after hours emergency number, and while they couldn't get it fixed that night, it was promptly fixed the next morning.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

We had a really good experience at West Coast Self Storage. Chris was helpful. We had moved and needed the storage unit for all of our belongings. Most importantly, we felt that our "stuff" was safe. When we were ready to move, we loaded our belongings in PODS and they worked with us and allowed the PODS to be put near our storage unit for easy loading. The only suggestion we would make is to make sure that everyone is on the same page about exactly where to put the PODS. This was more our fault but the PODS came early, before the office was open and put the PODS in an area where the office didn't want them. So, we had to pay $108 for one of the PODS to be moved. Bummer, but it was more about being good communicators than anything else.

Great customer service Chris and Daniel helped me get setup with moving in and made moving out easy. Friendly all the way around.

Any time I've had a question or concern those available, such as Chris are extremely timely and helpful. Decent pricing for what you get, but overall the service is what kept me here until recently when I'm likely moving out of the area.

I have 3 storage units throughout the NW area. Let’s just say our remodel took a little longer and I have an addiction to storage units. But this storage unit is by far the best. Chris and Daniel run a tight ship. Clean, secure and always friendly when we need something. Did I mention clean and secure? If you are looking for a rocking storage space with rockstars who actually give a shiitake about taking care of your “stuff” bring your belongings and unload them here. I was able to reserve online. From there I was able to sign the contract for my size unit and pay all online. I also created my gate code online. Once I got to the facility I spent less than 5 minutes in the office. They checked that my code was in the system properly, provided a copy of my ID and I was on my way. I did have to a few min before they could remove their lock. This was the easiest and quickest storage unit rental I've ever done.

Customer service here was way better than the other storage spaces I've had in the past. Brandon and Chris really had a good vibe going and made everything quick and easy, and genuinely friendly! The facility here is also way better than others, clean, secure, and well lit.

I recommend this storage facility. Security there is great. That’s my #1 concern and they had no issues meeting my expectations. All my belongings were there when I came back. Talk to Chris and he will let you know all the upgrades In security to keep you’re stuff safe
