Clean facility, kind staff, very brief wait time, scheduling was a breeze, I was in and out of labwork and had imaging scheduled in less than two minutes. Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.

Dr. Shawn Ho recently joined this location and what an incredible Doctor he is! Dr. Lai recently retired and was replaced with Dr. Shawn Ho...what an asset Dr. Ho is to this office. My husband and I went in for our annual check-up/physical and he is just AMAZING! SO knowledgeable, so kind, so passionate and such a wonderful listener to help achieve your greatest health. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a Primary Care Physician or something in his speciality! His all around knowledge is powerful and confident in what he does. As always, the staff is wonderful and always so responsive. We are grateful Dr. Ho stepped right into Dr. Lai's shoes....he is going to do great things for clients there at UT Southwestern Medical Center Las Colinas! Quick and professional lab where you can get lab work done for the UT Southwestern offices in this building. Usually very little to no wait and lab results are back very fast. East to find the office building and easy to find the lab.

The state of the art building is perfect for the acceptance area one thing that's missing is the intro. Dictation of the remaining doctors that's kind of unusual

Called to schedule a new appointment only to have to go to central registration, which verified my insurance was accepted and sent me back only to find out that the provider was NOT accepting new patients. In fact unless I was told incorrectly none of the providers were accepting new patients. (Either they misunderstood my insurance plan as an HMO-type or they don’t want my business.)

I called this facility, a guy at the from desk answered. He yawned into the phone, couldn’t spell my personal information, mumbled something into the phone for 7 minutes and then ended the call.

I have been having a billing issue since the 5th of January, every time I call or get transferred to the billing department it plays an automated message saying they’re in a staff meeting. This has been going on for over a week and I still cannot get my refund rectified. I am so confused as to how to get ahold of anyone to help me.

They always over charge. Their initial estimate amount and billing amount will have lot of difference.

No family allowed in large, spacious, empty waiting area. No waiting area downstairs in lobby.
