Great service here. It was both our first and last stop during mattress hunting. They had good deals and better people. Would definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the market for a new bed. We ended up going with a better mattress because of how well the different ones were so well explained.

We had the nicest sales lady , I believe her name was Linda . She helped my husband and I find the best bed for us and suited our needs and budget . We would recommend mattress firm to anyone needing a great bed at fair price .

Jeffery provided not only prompt customer service but high quality as well. He did not appear to be a sales person trying to push rhe highest price items on me, he asked questions and provided a variety options. Very helpful and quick service, best customer service I’ve received in a while, I am grateful.

My dad needed a new mattress and we stopped in at mattress firm. We were greeted by a very friendly Jeff, who worked with my dad to help determine the best fit for him. He showed him a variety of styles, was super personable, and very respectful of my budget. I never felt "sold" or pressured and I feel we got a great set that will help my dad's sleep and pain levels! I would absolutely return for future mattress needs and recommend this spot to anyone looking.

Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and pointed out options without ever making us feel we were being upsold. Nice range of options and a Memorial Day sale.

Came in looking for a new mattress for my son. Jeff was very helpful, checking the back to see what I could take home same day. He asked relevant questions about the type of mattress he wanted, and let him try out 4 different types before we found what he wanted. We decided we needed to buy a new mattress so we went to Mattress Firm. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Jeffrey. He asked us questions about how we slept and if we had any problems sleeping. He showed us and we tried several different mattresses. We selected the one we liked best and decided to purchase the adjustable frame also. We were very pleased in our dealings with Jeffrey and Matress Firm.

Jeff is amazing! We originally ordered from another place and they screwed up our order big time. We were on a tight deadline as we were moving our grandma and needed the bed ready for her. Jeff got us exactly what we needed for a great price and was able to get the delivery scheduled before grandma’s move date. I highly recommend him. Thanks Jeff!

The store is neat and cool. The sales lady Linda was amazing and shared lots of info on how mattresses feel and how to take care of them. She’s pretty smart and funny too; makes buying fun.

I went in to the store on a Thursday night looking for a new bed. Jeffrey was the sales associate who was working that night. He showed me all of the available options I had, explained each of the mattress and their differences to me. He was very knowledgeable of everything I looked at. I finally found my perfect bed and he got me checked out and my delivery scheduled for Saturday. Which seems so fast. Even the delivery team was fast, professional and efficient in the delivery and set up of my new bed. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from the mattress firm team.
