The office staff were so friendly and helpful even before I came in for the office visit. Everyone is just so caring and professional. I was so happy because the website is the best with information. I felt comfortable and hopeful just reading their website. I have found my dentist for life. I highly recommend Howard O. Pangburn, Jr. DDS. You will not regret it. The best! Very honest. I appreciate that. Dr. Pangburn Jr. has a great bedside manner and asked me several times if I was ok and feeling alright and looked me in the eyes when he talked to me. Excellent "bedside manner". I know I was treated very awesome by everyone.

Dr. Pangburn was a second opinion. He was honest and let me know that the extensive work the 1st opinion dentist said I needed were unnecessary and only did work that I actually needed. He’s very professional, makes sure you’re not in any discomfort at any point, and very importantly, does very nice work. Much appreciated. He’s definitely my new permanent dentist. The office staff and dental techs are all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Ines is wonderful and did excellent work as well.

Professional staff and professional work. I have been a patient for at least 20 years and Dr. Pangburn has always done great work. Everything was done right the first time without problems. Provides your options according to your insurance or budget and lets you make the decision to do more or less.
Update 2/12/19 - Had a small cavity, scheduled repair within the week. From start to finish of the repair was very quick and painless. A job well done. Personable doctor and staff.

My boyfriend is a long-term patient at this office and regards them highly. I went for the first time today. Liz was great. She cleaned my teeth this morning and my teeth feel squeaky clean and wonderful! ( He says Natalie is wonderful too) . Both she and Dr. Pangburn were experienced and made me feel at ease. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend Dr. Pangburn to anyone!

Awesome as always! If ever have a special need they will b most accommodating. Really cares & takes good care of his patients! I have referred others to him, & they have felt the same. Great dentist, Office Manager Chris - 😀 & staff!

They are also GREAT with proactive - in the future - type of dental work. So easy to work with on giving exams to give an estimate prior to work being done or like I said just a possibility!
I've been using Dr. Pangburn going on 18 years - love him!

I have been terrified if dentists since I had a bad root canal experience when I was 17...41 years ago. I need gas for a filling. I love Dr. Pangburn and everyone that works there. They are all excellent at their job as well as being very friendly. My husband is also a patient and if he wasn’t happy with the practice, he would have found a new dentist.

I switched insurance companies and had to find a new dentist. I read previous reviews and most said how honest Dr. Pang burn is and so I gave his office a try. Exactly what I wanted. Got a cleaning and x-rays, was told my teeth were good and I was out in about an hour. Also, one of my front tooth was chipped a little he said he could fix right then and it would only cost $20! The dental hygienist was great. I have already recommended my family to him.

Very good dentist! I Contacted Dr. Pangburn after a bad experience with a dentist I visited first. I was offered an appointment the same day and he did a root canal plus another filling within a 3 day time period. Dr. Pangburn is very friendly, dealt with my dental anxiety very well. Charges were in line with costs outlined in the Delta dental plan. The office follows good business and professional ethics. Thank you and will be visiting for more dental work in the future.

Very pleased with the process at Dr. Pangburn's office!!! I felt very comfortable with their process, my wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the staff was very helpful and nice! While getting my dental work done, Dr. Pangburn gave very good detail of what was going on while he was working on my tooth. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Pangburn is the best! I have been a patient for almost 30 yrs. He and his staff are honest and professional. They truly care about their patients- not once has this office recommended work that was unnecessary. They will always see you immediately in an emergency and treat you with compassion and respect. Can we clone him when he retires? :)

I have been going to Dr. Pangburn for over 30 years. I drive about an hour to get there. He is the consummate professional in every way. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and the practice is meticulously clean. I really appreciate his caring expertise and I highly recommend him!

At a previous dentist, I had a terrible experience so I was always skeptical about going to anymore. Finally, I got the nerve to go to Dr. Pangburn and it was WONDERFUL! They were welcoming, honest, and personable. I would reccomend going to this dentist to anybody who’s had bad experiences in the past; they will change your view!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pangburn for 19 years. I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. Whenever I go in for my check up the ladies are always so nice and I really appreciate them taking care of my insurance for me. Dr. Pangburn always takes time to talk to me and answers my questions. I have never felt like he was rushing to get done. I highly recommend for anyone to go see him.

I was little late arriving to the clinic this morning but the staffs cleaned my teeth immediately without any wait and even recommended helpful things to keep the teeth healthy.

I was recommended to Dr.Prangburn by my niece Jenny. She spoke very highly of his services over the years and that he was the family doctor. I am very, pleased to have him as my Dr. He explains and gives advice with full understanding and the front desk of his staff! Ladies, you are wonderful.

Long story short, a previous dentist screwed up putting a crown on. When the crown popped off a few weeks after getting it done my friend told me to go to her dentist. I showed up first thing in the morning and got lucky. They squeezed me in. I know that’s a hard thing to do on a Monday morning. Dr. Pangburn put the crown back on saying it might come off again because it wasn’t done right to begin with but we’ll wait and see, might need a new crown but we’re not jumping into anything. No sugar coating but also no selling me something I didn’t need, at least not yet. He explained the situation of why it’s not working out and fixed what he could. I appreciated the honesty instead of the subterfuge that I had been getting from the other dentist. Great Dr and office. I really wish I had listened to my friend before I had my other dental work done and gone here first, but you live and learn.

I have been a patient of Dr Pangburn for many years. He is a very good Dentist. He makes you feel at ease. His staff his excellent too.
I wouldn't want to change anything.

I have gone in on 3 separate occasions with an abscessed tooth. 2 of the 3 times Dr. Pangburn saw me that day and pulled the tooth that was causing me much pain. The other time he saw me and had me return 2 days later after prescribing antibiotics and pulled the tooth. Him and his staff are very friendly and try to make your experience there as painless and worry free as possible.

Dr. Pangburn and his staff are fantastic. They are helpful and kind, especially when going to the dentist gives you anxiety! I've been going to them for many years and would highly recommend them
