When you got to go to the dentist office you got to go. It's what most people fear from their childhood but here it feels like home and you get pretty comfortable with the staff that is on hand. The environment is very comforting and soothing especially the front area where the music is playing just perfectly right. Dr. Nix has always been very professional and trustworthy with his professional opinion. This makes me more confident in him every time. 😷

I usually have anxiety when it comes to dentist appt. Dr. Nix, Dr. Brian and the ladies at the desk are the absolute sweetest. They made me feel so comfortable and they have the most funny professional attitudes I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely be going there for all my dentals needs.

Dr Nix, Brian, Marie are the best. Dr Nix is extremely genuine and always looking out for my best interest. Marie is the best oral hygienist bar none! She did an excellent job and worked hard to give me professional results. Last but not least, thanks to Brian for the prompt and painless service. I was very impress with the way he made the indentation for my tooth crown. Brilliant idea! Highly recommend Dr Nix and his staff.

Dr. Nix is one of the best. I have seen a number of dentists over the years but have been going to Dr. Nix for about 10+ years. He has always had a great team and he is always conservative when dental work may be needed. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He will always look out and do what is best for you! His front office staff gets to know you and they are always helping with the constant insurance changes and government regulations. They are very appreciated! After a crown came off I was able to see the dentist the day I called and they were able to fix it in less than 45 minutes.

Dr. Nix and his whole staff are such an amazing gift to my family. They care for all of us like their own. I would highly recommend The Smile Spa and have been going there for almost 20 years. I would especially recommend them and have for people with dental fears. The environment is very relaxing and the staff really help to set patients at ease. Dr. Nix is very calming and really explains treatments very well.

Dr. Nix and everyone in the whole office is so helpful. My husband and I have had more dental work done than my whole family put together. They begin with making you comfortable. Dr. Nix explains every step as he does it. I was never in pain and right now I am getting ready for my very first root canal. I have been assured that there will be no problem with it.

I've been going to Dr. Nix and his staff for about 15 years. The work I've had has been everything from semi-annual cleanings to fillings to braces. I've never had a bad experience. They have always been very accommodating, even when I was running more than 10 minutes late (but I was lucky).

My family and I have seen Dr. Nix for over 15yrs. Dr. Nix has a gentle beside manner. Comfortable environment, thorough, amazing staff and customer service. After many years we still make the trip from Dallas, wouldn't be happier anyplace else.

I'm not sure why previous reviewers could not be more appreciative of Dr Nix. He is a great dentist who takes the time to listen and thoroughly explains what is going on. I have had several major jobs performed by Dr. Nix and all have went great. I like Dr. Nix so much, I have my children seeing him as well. His staff is professional as well.

The only thing I will say, is if you have insurance, make sure what your coverage/limits are because I had a few items I had to get corrected with his billing staff. Don't ever count on someone else to make sure your money is in order though. Know what your coverage is.

AWESOME dentist with tons of experience. Staff very very nice and accommodating. i drive past maybe 6 dentists to go to him. Dental work becomes necessary with NO warning usually, so its very reassuring to have a place that will accommodate your schedule.

I have been to several different dentists in my time and Dr. Nix is by far the best I've been to. In this day, most dental offices are large conglomerates and the dentists are being pushed to "upcharge" to secure their positions within the company. (I know this cause my brother is a dentist in a different state). Dr. Nix is honest, cares about you as an individual, and only seeks to do what's needed with regards to your teeth, jaw, and mouth. His bedside manners are top notch and his hygienists follow his leadership. I highly recommend you go see him if your looking for a new dentist.

This is an overall great team, I have been a patient of Dr Nix for 20 years. I used to hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety about these types if appointments. Dr Nix has helped me with that. Fast and considerate of your time in their chair.

I've been coming to the Smile Spa since I was in high school (probably 15 years). I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist, but everyone at the Smile Spa is always very patient with me and understanding. Dr. Nix is a great dentist that listens to what you have to say and has amazing bedside manner.

Susprisingly I had an good afternoon at the dentist. I am not fond of these visits but this was the best experience I have had in quite some time. The hygienist,Maria,was great. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful.

I apologize for not getting my hygienist's name. This was the most pleasant experience I can remember in having my teeth clean. She was very gentle yet thorough. I told her my teeth are very sensitive, and she always made sure that I was comfortable. Thank you so much!

I have been a very satisfied customer for quite sometime with Dr. Nix, due to no benefit coverage and a Lay-off I missed my regular treatments... aftet a bad experience with another nameless provider last week, all I could think of was I’m calling DR. NIX as soon as I get to my car!!!! The ofc made me an appt immed! Had my xrays yday with a new treatment plan! Was Excited to see Dr. Nix and experience his Amazing bedside manner and staff.... 2nd Opinions and remembering quality care is important.... Sincerely Rebecca Thomas
