First off Ida (medical assistant) and Dr. Fan are amazing, and quite nice to speak to. I never felt like they werent listening to me at all. In fact they were engaging in my worries and concerns. All these negative reviews seen on this site are directed towards the front office mostly and handlings not directly associated with the medical care itself. This is a business with all the same hurdles as any other. I have no special circumstances at all. I scheduled my appointment, went in, the front office was nice and quick with processing info and took my payment. Easy as that. No drama or issues at all. In fact all other people I saw come in were having the same experience. Don't rely on the negative reviews written, because I belive these are based on special circumstances and not a true overall judgement of how this office handles it's patients. I would suggest you give this place a try, and Shout outs to Dr. Fan and Ida for making me feel comfortable. I mean Dr. Fan sat next to me at end of appointment and went over all things word by word. That is an art lost in the field for some. Not here.

I recently moved to Texas, and I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing practice. Dr. Moncayo and his staff are intelligent, compassionate and professional...a rare trifecta to find in healthcare these days.

Making an appointment is easy, and I actually do not mind doing so because the office staff is so kind and friendly. The wait time is minimal, if that, and if there is a delay, -the staff is prompt to notify the patient. Nurse Sheila is extremely knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner, as does Dr. Moncayo himself, who takes the time necessary to provide excellent care and answer questions. The check-out procedure is pleasant and painless, with proficient staff who handle all the complicated insurance billing.

I feel confident that I have found a terrific practice, capable and competent of handling my family's medical needs, and I highly recommend them!

This is a well run practice that manages time very well. You don’t wait long after the appointment and no long waits in the exam room. They don’t do this at the cost of patient care either.

Dr. Moncayo always spends time listening to you and looks at the whole person, mentally and emotionally as well as physically to learn what is going on a how to best manage your care.

Love this practice! Been going for almost two years. Dr is so nice. He makes sure all my questions have been answered. When I'm sick they typically have gotten me in within 24 hours. I'm pretty picky, so I'm amazed how happy I've been with them.

Dr. Moncayo and his assistant Sheila are excellent. Highly recommend them. They were more helpful and compassionate than our oncologist when we were dealing with my mother's cancer. When the cancer was first discovered, Dr. Moncayo took his time making sure all our questions were thoroughly explained.

Love love LOVE the NP Angela Leslie. She was thorough and she listened to me about my body. The MA April was such a sweetie and very gentle while testing me for flu. Both women sanitized there hands. Will be returning to this facility because of those two.

Everybody was so nice and helpful. Probably the best medical visit I have ever had. Would highly recommend. They've won my business for sure!

Finally a doctor's office that understands the meaning off appointments. Love the short wait period.
