PROs: Better than fastfood/drivethru. Great location. Plenty of parking. Friendly, informative and quick service.
CONs: A couple of regulars hanging at the bar kept interrupting my inquires to the server.

Under $20 with tip, I ordered Cafe Latte shake for breakfast after a fasting. And a Colada Breeze tea. Both were good drinks and conveniently on my way to work. Herballife products used here.

I happened to be in the area and wanted to grab a meal replacement shake since I’d been too busy to grab breakfast.

The girl at the counter with black hair was so sweet and friendly! She so fluently explained the menu items and nutrition information for me; I just started a new diet, and she was beyond helpful. She even helped customize my drink to my preferences while we chatted! I don’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant customer service experience.

She sent me off with a sample cup of a pink starburst tea/juice(?)… and it was SO good!! I don’t live nearby, but I wish something like this was close to me! Hope to stop in again when I’m in the area :)

Had a strawberry shortcake smoothie with Graham cracker chunks. Also sampled the strawberry orange tea. Everything taste so good and all the ingredients were fresh.

I absolutely love this nutrition shop! They have a great variety of shake flavors and any loaded energy tea combo you can imagine!

Awesome place, great energy , and makes new people feel very comfortable I will definitely be back and I recommend stopping by for your energy fix and healthy breakfast or lunch

This place was amazing! Strawberry Squatcake was sooo tasty… I got to chat with the owner for awhile and not only was she super sweet and knowledgeable she also knew everyone who came in by name and order… Definitely recommend

Tried the Turtle Pecan Cheesecake meal replacement shake and it was amazing! Tasted just like dessert with way less sugar! Such a great way to start my day. Can’t wait to try every flavor; very convenient and healthy breakfast :)

The shop is so cute; they even have a picture wall to take all the fun social media pics :) Everyone is super friendly and I love the family atmosphere!

This is my favorite nutrition place to visit! The teas are amazing! The shakes are even better! The owner is super friendly and cares about all her customers. If you’ve ever watched the show called Cheers it’s the exact same atmosphere every time you walk in!

This place was amazing and has great energy! Clean, fresh, and full of drinks that some can substitute for meals. I took my family of 5 to check it out. I had the Butterfinger shake that was both delicious and filling. My boys had chocolate shakes with all the toppings you could imagine.

I was impressed with the owner’s knowledge of her products, and saw that she truly wants to target drinks that will benefit you the most. At her suggestion, I took a mango tea home that helps with restlessness. Boy, was it good. Can’t wait to return.

Went this morning before work and tried the teas and my daughter got a birthday cake shake. This place is so big inside and just cool vibes. The two working had great customer service too!! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely life changing for me. I went in thinking it would just be the average health shakes. I was soooo wrong. They are fantastic. You need to experience this place. My favorite thing is being able to go in and get a weeks worth of shakes. All I have to do is add water and ice in my blender. Losing weight actually taste great. Please go check it out

Just what I needed! Holiday stress, work and running around tired... walked into this adorable place looking for something healthy and energizing. The owner was not only knowledgeable, she made me something special and it kicked off the rest of my day. Totally recommend for a pick me up - both energy for your body and your soul.
