I was in town for an interview and realized I was missing paperwork. I stopped in at this UPS Store and the staff quickly helped me get another set of copies printed and I was on my way. Incredibly thankful for their quick service!

I've been using their services for years! They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The UPS store in Flower Mound off Justin Rd. near my home is amazing. Friendly staff, always enough employees on hand to handle customer load. Always fast and easy!!!

Mike was extremely helpful! My husband went to take some Amazon returns and I had missed that a couple of them should have been packaged for shipping. He was so kind and helps us get everything packaged up correctly. This location is always fast and everyone is so kind and helpful!

This location, Flower Mound UPS, was delightful! My wait was less than 1 minute, the associate was find, funny and volunteered to update my new address!

This store has the best customer service and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been coming here for the past few years and have never encountered an issue they couldn’t resolve.

May 18th of this year I went in to return frontier internet equipment. The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly.

As I was wrapping up I said "I don't need a receipt thank you!"

The friendly UPS lady replied that I ought to take it because she sees companies try to claim that the equipment was never shipped and charge you later down the road.

Flash forward to today 3 months later... Sure enough Frontier tried to SCAM me!! $168 charge on my credit card! But thanks to Mrs. UPS I was able to confront the scummy internet company with COLD HARD evidence!

She must be fz150 bc she just saved me 150 buucks

I also had a separate item to ship and Haley was super helpful. She listened to what I was saying, updated my account and was very friendly. Easiest errand I had to run today 👍 Top notch store and employees.

Mike gave me wonderful customer service. I had some rented school books to return to Amazon and went in very unprepared. They boxed up my items and printed off everything I needed for me since I don’t have a printer, and did it all for free! Fast and knowledgeable service as well!

Today I needed to return a Christmas gift that did not fit. I had my return label from the vendor but no packaging. Wilson was very helpful in finding a suitable envelope for returning the merchandise. So very friendly and accommodating. I’ve always had a good experience at this location but today Wilson went above and beyond.

I L-O-V-E this UPS store location! Everyone is super friendly!
It’s not fun having to run errands, but stopping here when I need to ship something really makes it a pleasant experience. Shout out to Michelle, Mike, Wilson and Greg. See you guys soon!

I went into the store on New Years Eve to make a return and they were very busy but, the line moved quickly and efficiently. Haley helped me was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone in the store was acknowledged and thanked. Very nice store!!

Amazon returns made simple, shipping, shredding and faxing they do it all. The entire staff is helpful but a special shout out to Josh and Daniel who helped troubleshoot a fax and got it sent for me. Michelle is always a friendly face as are the rest of the staff.

Just wanted to give Michelle another huge THANK YOU for the great service she helped us with today. First helping us unload from our car a 40 lb return to Amazon & was an issue with return but she got us through it all. Much appreciation to her & the facility. We will return!
