If interested in a vehicle here just ask for Cesar. He made my car purchasing experience worth it. From the test drive to the transaction. AZ the GM as well. I had a pre-approval from my bank and wasted nearly a whole day waiting on paperwork. I decided to decline and go through the dealer in which AZ matched the numbers. I drove off happy and will shop here again in the future.

USA Car Expo is what every used car dealer should aspire to be. I called to inquire about a vehicle and ended up driving home in it by the end of the day. Cesar is super friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and treated me like a family member. Erick in finance was also great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a good financing option. Overall, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff with a lot of good quality premium cars.

Purchased 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz 6 months ago and really liked this place, every one was nice and professional. Last month decided to trade that Hyundai for something else and got good offer from USA CAR EXPO for my trade and purchased 2022 Toyota Camry from them. Me and my husband just purchased a vehicle, Cesar the sales man was very helpful and the owner was very understanding with all the concerns we had with the vehicle. I will recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from USA car expo they have good quality cars that are not run down and affordable prices.

Got a "Service Steering Column" warning code on my dash while driving. Took my truck to the nearest dealership because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. That dealership charged me $423.39 for a diagnostic test including a $39 fee for the repair cost estimate. (Average electrical diagnosis cost for my truck is $196-$250 in this area). They told me the module needed to be replaced, gave me a $1,106.70 repair estimate and tried to reel me in by saying the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair cost.

I contacted USA Car Expo where I purchased my truck from for an estimate, they quoted me $300. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was much cheaper for me to pay the ridiculously high diagnostic test and tow my truck here for the repair. Turns out, my module was 'A-OK', I simply needed a $20 fuse replaced. They charged me $125 for their diagnostic test and changed the fuse. I ended up spending $700 overall due to that other dealerships price gouging.

Lesson learned! I was literally sick without my truck! I purchased AAA for tow service so no matter where I am I can bring my truck here for service! These guys have the best customer service, everyone is super friendly, they explain everything in detail and they're fair! I highly recommend USA Car Expo for you next vehicle purchase and service needs!

I have been looking for a Challenger for a while. I found this at USA CAR EXPO in Texas. I live in Florida so this is new to me. I talked with Cesar about the car & Eric about financing. These two guys made everything so easy, I wasn’t expecting that. A few days later the car was ready to be transported. Cesar had the car cleaned and sent pictures going on the trailer. It arrived a couple of days later and it was everything I was told. I am a very satisfied customer and give them a AAA+++ rating.

I had the pleasure of having Ceaser as the sales person when I bought my C7 corvette. This man went above and beyond helping me with my buying experience. I live in another state so he sent pics and videos. Most of all he was honest with me about everything. That shows good character and morals. He spent hours txting with me to answer all questions. This man stayed in contact with me even after my car was delivered to make sure everything was going as expected! Thank you Ceaser for all your hard work but mostly the honesty that you showed!

I flew from Miami, FL to Houston, TX to purchase a specific Mercedes Benz I found online and available only at this dealership. Robert Taylor helped me feel secure in the buying process and he was even able to extend a discount for the journey. Erick Martinez facilitated the financing process to fund the deal. These gentlemen along with the GM stayed 2 hours after closing on a holiday to receive me after multiple delays during my flight. They patiently waited while i completed the test drive along with my personal inspection. I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and cooperation to close out the deal in my favor. I had the best experience buying my Ram from this place. From the time I talked to Cesar about the truck and him sending me pics and videos and him being very honest about the condition of the truck. I was able to make a deal over the phone with him, fly in from Dallas, test drive the truck, and sign the paper work with finance, and drive the truck back. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from USA Car Expo.

Great experience here! Ramon was really helpful through the whole process and I never felt pressured like other dealerships. We were allowed to test drive the truck several times and look over it thoroughly. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!

Cesar and AZ worked the magic to make my wife extremely happy. This place hands down got the best selection of cars and especially trucks...and when I say trucks, it's not your grandma's lil toyota...it's real awesome rigs. Service was fast too....entire transaction took less than an hour and we got our real tags in like a week. Also the service department is awesome. Truly helpful guys in the back! All round , had a great experience and will definitely be buying more vehicles from them.

I visited this place and it was amazing. I felt like a kid among all the lifted trucks. Rob met me on the lot. He is a friendly and approachable guy. I did not buy anything yet but I will. Hoping Rob calls me with a good deal. I left a picture on the comment section. Hoping something comes in my price range.

First of all, there are two places I usually despise going. The phone store and auto dealerships. Thanks to USA Car Expo, I can cross one off the list! I found the car online, (I'm usually a truck guy). I went to their lot, met Ramon Lopez, found the car and it was everything the listing said it was. There were no hidden surprises, they didn't try to omit anything about the car. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of clean, low mile cars and trucks and how clean the dealership looked. We loaded the family up in the car I was interested in (including my mother in law), and took it for a test drive. I was very pleased with the car, but had a few more on my list to look at. There was no pressure from any of the salesmen when I said I might be back. We went all over Houston crossing cars / trucks off my list and ended up going back to USA Car Expo to look at the car again because the other cars / trucks didn't look quite as nice as they did in the pictures. Once I decided to get the car, there were circumstances that delayed the process on my part and a lot of communication back and forth over 3 days. Every time I called or messaged, I got a return call or message back within a timely manner (sometimes even after they had closed!) Got everything squared away, filled out the credit application on my lunch break, and got a call saying it was approved and that I would be contacted by the General Sales Manager - Tim Trejo. Tim called and said everything was good to go. I told him to take it around back and I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. Got there, did the paperwork and drove off with a smile!
Stress / hassle free.... Ramon, Tim, I just gotta say... You guys rock!

We drove 3hrs from San Antonio to look at a Cadillac, ended up leaving in a Merc C300 AMG. These guys have an amazing selection. Our salesman Cesar is a badass. We test drove probably 7 cars and each time he was hustling getting the next one ready before we finished our current drive. Zero pressure, and info he researched rather than talk out his butt to get the sale. Car is so nice that my partner bought I may come back and buy from them again. She was giggling the whole way home. Great job guys.

I would say that my salesman Eric was quick on the draw ,,I live in Illinois an didn't see the truck,, only with videos an some pics... you get to know someone jst by talking to him,,,so when the truck got here it was everything he said it was!! An more!! Thanks Expo!! An to you Eric!! 👍👍

I had a great experience with the sales rep, Cesar Pinzon, and General Manager, Azamat Omarov, in purchasing a replacement vehicle. Both were very thorough, helpful, and patient during the process. The description of the vehicle on the website was very precise. Only wish they had put in a bit more gas before I drove it off the lot :-D. Anyway, I highly recommend USA Car Expo!
