Dr Prerana Singh is amazing. She has been taking care of my parent's dental needs for last two years. We drive almost an hour to see her when we have dentist available within 5 minutes from our home. It's the quality of care that's most important to us, and we are never disappointed with Dr Singh! I highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience at this office; the staff is professional and friendly. The dentist was also excellent. She gave me the information with her recommendation and let me decide what to do without feeling pressured. Highly recommend this place.

The service in Spring Ranch Dental Care was excellent. It was my first time here and I got my service with Dr. Prerana Singh. I got my teeth cleaned as well as deep cleaning of my teeth and gums. She was very patient and caring while my teeth was being cleaned. She was checking up on me throughout the process to make sure I was not feeling any pain. I also got good recommendations to have good dental hygiene. I would highly recommend this place and her service.

I have been with silver Ranch Dental for 8 years. Through out the changes of Dr's and hygienists my family and I haven't had any issues. We are usually able to be seen together as a family and they have been very flexible and on time. The service has been great. The people are very respectful and nice.

The receptionist lady at the clinic made it possible for me to get my dental filling done today. She is awesome! The dentist is a wonderful doctor. Caring and very professional.

I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and quite pleased with Silver Ranch Dental Care. The hygienist was very prompt and efficient, Dr Singh is top notch in her care of patients and knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry . Her receptionist is very efficient and delightful to do business with.

I’ve had some dental issues this year so I’ve spent a considerable amount of time at SRD. I’m always welcomed with a smile from Judy at the front desk and rarely have to wait before I’m in the chair for treatment. Awesome place to get not-so-fun stuff taken care by folks who are friendly, compassionate, and timely. I highly recommend!!

Amazing staff! They truly go above and beyond at Silver Ranch Dental Care! Dr. Wallace was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. He was knowledgeable, honest, and treated me like family/friend. Very pleased with my treatment plan and how quickly they were able to get it all done.

There are no words to describe how awesome Silver Ranch, and more importantly Dr. George is. I was nervous to be in the chair, let alone hear about the treatment I needed. She made me feel so comfortable! The dental assistant, I think her name was Nayme, was also very nice, (anytime she took an X-ray, I asked questions). Dr. George explained what and exactly why I needed to get some work done. The front office lady, I think her name started with an S, (Sally?), explained how much everything would cost and what my insurance would cover. Can I just say, when Dr. George was done working on my teeth, I nearly cried. I had to have some work done on my front teeth, and y’all, it’s like I have a brand new smile. I would recommend this office to every person I know! Thank You Dr. George for making my happy to smile again!

I am very happy with Silver Ranch Dental Care's service. I got my teeth fillings and cleansing from Dr. Prerana SIngh and she was extremely patient, friendly, and well-versed in her expertise. She thoroughly checked the condition of my teeth, implemented the filling and cleansing procedures, and gave me lots of useful recommendations for my teeth. I truly appreciate Silver Ranch Dental Care for having such an amazing doctor like her.

I was really pleased with my care at Silver Ranch Dental Care. I had 2 deep cleanings and an examination earlier this month. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist did wonderful work and were very personable. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly. Scheduling was easy and flexible.

I have severe anxiety when I go to the dentist. I ended up needing a bridge and chose to go to Silver Ranch Dental. It was very calming to go somewhere (that I normally dread) and every person I came in contact with was very kind and patient. From the sweet lady at the front desk, to the dental assistant and especially the dentist herself. I would definitely recommend.

Kind and considate staff, very accommodating. I had to make an appointment on very short notice staff was able to accommodate me with a time slot just two day later. My wait time was short. It was discovered that I needed a root canal and it was scheduled for the next morning.
Dr C Wallace is very attentive, understanding, his answers were clear and he takes the time to explain the procedures.

I really like the hygienist because she is knowledgeable and professional. I’m very particular when it comes to my teeth health and I also like the doctor very pleasant n she takes her time. I highly recommend this office if you r looking for a great family dentist.
