Wells Fargo Bank

Although I'm not a fan of banks in general, I have to say that this is a marvelous branch.

I only have credit card accounts and a mortgage with Wells Fargo, no checking or savings. I recently accidentally paid the wrong card accout. After speaking to a few people on the phone (and we all know how difficult it is to get a person on the phone with large companies), I decided to come talk to a banker.

I had to make an appointment and did. A marvelous young gentleman was incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything in about 10 minutes and I'm very pleased.

A full service branch, conveniently located at William Cannon - Costco, Whole Foods, and my favorite place to eat Cypress Grill.

This location is easy to access and see from the road. Every time I've been in here, the tellers, bankers, and manager have all greeted me and taken care of any of my needs of my accounts with ease. Don't bother trying to deal with the corporate automated telephone system. It will only leave you frustrated. Do yourself a favor and drive to this location. You'll leave with any issues resolved.

I had a great experience at this bank today even though I am not an account holder. I went in to have some US savings bonds cashed and get some papers notarized. Garrett and Yumiko were such a great help. Yumiko especially was so helpful and friendly. Also, the facilities were nice and everyone was dressed professionally.

People sitting around not asking if they can help when there’s nobody in the bank. In my opinion that’s really bad customer service. Wasted a good amount of my life for no good reason.

Hardly Staffed, staff takes there time & will allow a line to build up while clerks sit at empty drive through. Worse than being at Walmart checking out! Terrible Bank location.

Lack of bankers makes for long wait times. Unacceptable in a store this size to have a single person capable of sending a wire transfer working.

This is the worst branch of any bank anywhere. They have done nothing but made mistakes and caused headaches. The manager told me today it would be best if I just go bank somewhere else. Avoid this branch!!! Avoid Wells Fargo!!

The personal banker suggested an option ($100 for opening a new account) by using the other bank debit card in WF ATM. Did as he suggested and its over 5 months I never got the $100. Checked with the personal bankers in the branch, no one seem to bother about it or even willing to help resolve this issue.

When I asked the WF customer service, they said its my headache to work with the branch to get this resolved and they don't bother about offers the branch has.

Very poorly run during Covid. Impossible to get anything done (like send a wire). Manager rude. No one answers the phone. Difficult to schedule appointment several days out through some app that I need to download.

Extremely long wait times for very small requests.
