Sonic Drive-In

I've witnessed so many changes at this location alone.. whoever the young lady was at the drive thru window tonight was very sweet. Great service and effort. The order taker ( Says Christopher: if he used his card ) was also very polite & made sure he greeted us and let us know he would be with us in a moment.
Josh, Eli & Pedro are always awesome during the afternoon/evening! It's really nice to see the come up!! Keep it up, y'all!

Exceptional Service from Zach at Sonic!

I recently visited Sonic, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by an employee named Zach. From the moment I placed my order, Zach's warm and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience delightful. He was attentive, ensuring that my order was taken promptly and accurately, and his knowledge of the menu helped me make the perfect meal choice.

What truly set Zach apart was his ability to make every customer feel valued. Despite the rush, he managed to serve with both efficiency and a genuine smile, making it seem like no task was too big or small for him. His enthusiasm was infectious, brightening up my day considerably.

Not only was the service quick, but Zach also took the extra step to double-check that everything in my order was to my liking. It's rare to see someone with such dedication to customer satisfaction.

Zach is an absolute asset to the Sonic team, and because of his exemplary service, I will be returning to Sonic more often. If you stop by, you'll know you're in great hands if Zach is there to greet you. A big thank you to Zach for making what could have been just another fast-food run into a memorable experience!

I literally never ever right reviews but the service we received here tonight was so good that I had to.

The manager, I think his name is jay? Seriously deserves a large raise. He was out running around, helping customers, getting sauces, correcting orders AND taking orders. He gave us extra food for our wrong items, offered to comp our next meal and gave us coupons.
We were not upset at all about the wait and neither should anyone else. It’s late night and these people are doing their best.

Thank you so much for the great food and service and again, give that guy a raise!!

Used the window to order and it went well. The shakes were great. Didn't stay so the atmosphere seemed cool at the moment.

I love coming her i by he mornings the lady at the window I think her name is Tangie or Angie is super sweet she always adds in mints napkins and jelly in my bag without having to ask food is always hot and fresh.

The young gentleman J in management was quick and very courteous and fixed my order with no problem!!

Love the master shakes, and the customer service is amazing. I was short by $2 for my meal, and they worked with me to figure out how to make it work. Defintly the best sonic location left in Austin.

Service is always great. Yes mam/sir, No mam/sir, order repeated back before placed always a great attitude and always polite. Never thought I'd be compelled to leave a review for Sonic, but the team members here are great. I always arrive at busy hours, but given the rush, I'm in and out in a good amount of time.
Only negative, the speaker is so loud when the car hop answers.

Wow! I’ve not just had one great experience here, I’ve had several. This is close by for me, so I often get my Diet Coke fix here and the drive through service and people are always SO amazing and kind!! Always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you guys!

Service was great, asked for a handfull of mints, they gave us a whole bag. Y'all, Sonic servers only get paid $5 an hour, so do them a favour and clean up after yourself if you're sitting outside, and don't forget to tip for their amazing service.

At first I wasnt sure how to feel considering the wait time was pretty excessive.. The kid who brought out my food apologized but still had a great attitude and a smile on his face. I noticed that my drink was wrong but I had been waiting so long I decided to deal with it. When I bit into my chicken tenders I was immediately surprised at how well they tasted. The texture, the temperature, everything was right on point. I can confidently say that these chicken tenders were better than any I had ever had. And here I was, sitting at SONIC! Whoever the cook is needs to keep up the good work! I could tell that my meal wasnt just thrown together and sent out. This sonic can take as long as they need ANY TIME if it means my food will come out THAT darn delicious!! 5 out of 5. I will definitely be coming back

I don't usually give a fast food place 5 stars but sonic is pretty great, when compared to the competition. Their onion rings are the absolute best. Tuesday after 5 they have half priced burgers. Slushes are half price when you preorder on the app and I never had better stuffed jalapenos. They always have deals going on.

Quick, friendly & affordable stop for food. My go to is the chili cheese coney, tots and a peach slush. Pay at the ordering kiosk with card and bring a couple dollars to tip the car hops.

Today's visit to Sonic was great! The servers were clear on the speaker and polite. My order was delivered within a few mins (unlike all the other Sonics I've stopped going to) Thank you to the management and team at the Cameron Rd and 290 Sonic. You made my day 😊
