We went over to buy a pellet heater and it was so cold inside tsc, that the workers said the heater was broken and has been, it was 24 degrees outside. Tractor supply should be getting the heater fixed to keep their workers warm, people will NOT shop when its like a freezer in the store. Tractor supply should care more about their employees than that. Theyre gonna feel really funny when their employess wont come to work.they were bundled up like eskimos but the heater should get fixed, its not like yall have a shortage of heating companies in tyler!employees were great considering.the employees said the heater has been broken for awhile- really? Get it fixed!

Long story short I had an issue with a load I was hauling shifting in my trailer. Even though it had nothing to do with TSC, it was over 100F in the parking lot, and towards the end of the day, The manager was able to come out and help me so I could drive home safely. Was very grateful for his assistance and willingness to go the extra mile.

The workers were very polite and professional. Help me find the items I was looking for.

This store is amazing staff courteous all the way around here the one in white house was horrible came here and got in and got it corporate needs to step in and make some changes at the one off troup highway I recommend this store 100%

Everyone at this store is so cute incredibly friendly and helpful! We bought a grill from them this past weekend that was still in the box and when my husband put it together he realized it was missing a piece. Even though this was the manufacturer’s mess up, we called the store and they offered us more than one solution to the problem! They were so kind and efficient and we are so appreciative to them!

I love, love, love going to Tractor Supply! This week we went to investigate new dog food for our babies-one who is overweight, both old and with hip issues. The gal we spoke with knew exactly what we needed--she even knew how much fat content each brand had! Amazing, huh? Then of course we had to go look at clothes and boots and trailer accessories and ..... Too much fun, AND we found a great food.

The folks at Tractor Supply are always very helpful. Just had one employee lose a sale, intentionally, to send me elsewhere for my need, because he knew they could better help me. I commend this employee for his actions. It speaks will of the store.

I made an order online. When I got there I called and was told they didn't have an order in my name. I went inside with my papers and I had made my order at the wrong store. Instead of sending me on a road trip to the other store they called and cancelled the order and refilled it there. That was awesome of them to do for me. Thank you so much!!

Always great customer services! Some of the prices are a little high, but for the price you get quality value. Never had an issue with anything I have purchased from there! Always my go to when I need something from dog food to lawn mower and weedeaters and parts.

They have a ton of stuff here that you dont find many places. I mainly get pet supplies like food and flea treatments but I am always surprised how much selection they have in tools. Great mamagment too. Saw them handle some moron and they all stayed polite even though the customer was ridiculous!

Great customer service. Paid attention to customers and helped me locate the best item for what I was doing.
At the same time I overheard a customer being rude and rediculous and the manager on duty handler them great and supported the staff in the process.

I'm not a farmer or rancher but I feed the heck out of birds & squirrels! Tractor Supply has everything a "Backyard Birdwatcher" could ever need! Very competitive prices with regular sales and great service.
