We bought a house with a water heater already installed, and weren‘t sure how to take care of it. I called another Water Softener company in the area first, and had issues with them not replying to my calls and emails.

Then I contacted Mike, who responded very quickly, came out to check on the water softener, and explained the entire process and future maintenance to me.
When I called him on the phone a few weeks later, for some maintenance advice, he patiently talked me through the process and gave great tips, even though it was during the holidays on December 23rd!
