Geek squad was extremely helpful, and was able to fix a problem I had with my laptop in minutes. We then went over to purchase a new phone. Employee, Colin, worked with us for over an hour. He was so committed to making sure our purchase went as smoothly as possible. A-men to the brick and mortar Best Buys that remain.

I had the best time getting a tour of the TV and TV accessories selection at this Best Buy location with Brandon. He was super knowledgeable about the capabilities of each model as well as their pricing and performance. He spent a ton of time walking me through each model’s strengths and weaknesses and even taught me how to navigate the demo functionality offered at this location. I didn’t feel pushed to make a decision right away nor did I feel pushed to opt for the priciest model available. He offered insightful opinions about the options that were of interest to me and I left the store with much more clarity regarding my choice than I came in with.

Had a great experience buying a new iPhone. Alex was very helpful. Got a great deal, and was out of there quickly. Always love getting our phones from here.

Over the last few weeks, we have been looking at a few tech items at this Best Buy location. The service we received from Eddie, Tyler, and Rohan have been exceptional! Over the last few weeks these three associates were knowledgeable, friendly and very engaged in helping us with our tech needs.
Rohan even helped us out to our car. You don’t see service like this any more. All three of these men deserve a promotion as far as we are concerned!

I visited Best Buy Highway 290 yesterday to shop refrigerators. Sales consultant kevin Garcia was outstanding. Juggling customers, he was patient, and most of all informed about his products, compati g brands and listening to my needs. Thank you Kevin. Way to go bestBuy 290.

We went in today to look for a refrigerator and had such a delightful experience with Chris Linville. He was super knowledgable about the appliances we had questions for and gave us his honest opinion without acting like a sleazy salesperson and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy new home appliances.

Rolando is 10/10 when it came to helping me with my problem. I knew nothing about routers and modems and was having trouble with my setting up my WiFi for my new apt. Walmart was no help so I came here and man, was he nothing but kind and informative. He even went out of his way to show me other options of the solutions he gave me didn’t work. Give this man a raise or at least a good star!

Purchased a car stereo receiver + installation from this location. Car install techs were prompt and courteous. Install started at scheduled time and was completed in under the quoted time. Stereo works great and the tech explained the features to us before sending us off. My girlfriend loves the new receiver. Experience was great.

I brought in an unopened item past the extended holiday return period and the manager extended me the courtesy of allowing a return for store credit. I’m grateful to be able to be treated with mutual respect and understanding.

This Best Buy store in US-290 South Mopac have them all, strategically located in the mall area there with ample parking spaces. Very courteous sales associates, greeters, and most all the store is beautiful with wide selection of electronic items. I was surprised that they now carry both Apple and Microsoft products as well as kitchen appliances such as refrigerators. The interior of the store is spacious and nicely laid out. Have I mentioned the Greek Squad staff and services? Yeah, they complement the over-all store shopping experience.

Always a great place to shop. You might find something you didn't know you needed.

It’s very nice place you find everything you want here I was buying TV and sound system and ((Jamila)) help us find what we need she was very nice and kind to explain the different between all Tv and help us to choose the best of what we looking for she also stay with us until we get Uber cause our car didn’t fit all the stuff and didn’t leave until we are ready to go I thought it was very nice and sound like the store care about there costumer happy with what I get and I will back there for sure
