My son had eaten here with his friends so I thought we’d try it for our Family Fun Day.

Ambakity Cocina Mexicana Food Truck did not disappoint 👍🏼💯

My son ordered the Burrito Bowl and my daughter got the Breakfast Burrito 🌯

They even provide chairs and umbrellas if you’d like to eat outside 👍🏼

This spot offers quite delicious tacos and impressively substantial tortas. Located in a decent spot of Bothell, it's a perfect stop for a satisfying bite following a day at the lake. Finding a value-packed taco truck in the vicinity isn't always easy, but this spot certainly fits the bill.

The best tacos I've ever had. I got the shrimp tacos. They make their own corn tortillas, grilled the shrimp with pineapple and put that on a bed of coleslaw-like shredded cabbage. The hot sauce was good and didn't cover up the flavors of the tacos. I had to go back and get one more because two wasn't enough. (Although in hindsight two would have been plenty, but I really wanted another one).

Best shrimp tacos we’ve had in the region! Very fresh and great flavors! They also had free coffee while we waited for the order. On this cold, rainy day, we really appreciated it!

This taco truck is easy to miss, but you should definitely go!!! It’s tucked just up the gravel hill, across the street from Chevron on Bothell Everett Hwy - headed towards downtown Bothell. Their grilled fish tacos are the best… 😍 They also have vegetarian options as well as chicken, beef and pork tacos. All are delish!

You can order ahead on their website or at the window. They’re usually pretty quick, but sometimes the wait can be 20-30 minutes.

They also have 4-5 tables with umbrellas next to the taco truck, if you want to eat your tacos there.

Food is yummy and well priced. I usually get their wet burrito. It's good enough for two lunches. Staff is great and friendly.

Came here since I was craving some Mexican tacos. Got the al pastor tacos with hot sauces, they were amazing. You definitely need to check this out! Another friend got the shrimp quesdila and it was amazing as well.

Wowza this is the best torta I’ve had in the Seattle area (got it with al pastor). I also ordered some shrimp tacos and they were so fresh, definitely hit the spot. Killer tortillas too. Can’t wait to go back and try something else, this is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

Delicious tacos! I ordered fish and shrimp tacos and they both were fresh and tasty.
I think the price per taco is a bit high ($4) but totally worth it.

Hidden gem. Our new favorite Mexican spot nearby. Such good food at good prices (lower than Mexican restaurants on Uber Eats). Nothing disappointed from tortas to burritos to tacos to carne asada. Parking lot can be full around lunch times.

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Washington on a whim. I tried so hard to find good Mexican food and let me tell you…taco time was just not it. I would pass this truck on my daily walks with my dog and I was so happy to finally find authentic Mexican food! Thank you!

The carne asada tacos were delicious. The beans and rice were a perfect portion. The horchata hit the spot on a warm day.

DELICIOUS! Fairly priced (burrito is $12 as of 3/3/23) and quick. Definitely worth checking out.

Best burrito in Bothell area by far. Great salsa, too. 4 stars only because they can be hard to reach and patience is needed for call in orders.

The best tacos I've ever had. Filling, fresh, and fantastic flavor. I'm so happy we found this truck. The staff is kind and accommodating. Everything my husband and I have tried has been juicy and something to rave about. You just don't get tacos like this around here. We go all the time and tell all our friends. It's worth the drive from wherever your at.

Good food! They’re very generous with the protein. They did forget my sauces one time but I still enjoyed the food regardless.

This is the good stuff. Esto es lo bueno. I've been passing this place for a few weeks and finally stopped by. Edgar and Imelda serve up an amazing set of tacos. The Barbacoa taco special is tender beef with earthy base notes and the cilantro adds the perfect lift. The Pollo taco has a mellow medium ancho chile spice that took me back to the border towns down south. My favorite, so far, is the Fish taco. You won't go wrong with this one. It has the right mix of slaw, aioli and habanero balanced with a sweet pineapple pick-me-up. Don't forget to sprinkle some lime juice on your tacos. The cold horchata rounded the meal perfectly. I'm coming back!

This has become a family favorite taco truck. The best part about this place is that everything is different than what you would expect, but in a good way! When you go to a taco truck, you expect that carnitas, asada, etc are going to be fairly similar to other trucks, but at Ambakity, everything has its own unique flavor and it's delicious!
