Phenomenal Labor and Delivery unit! My daughter just had our granddaughter there and the experience could not be better. Thank you so much to the Doctors but especially the nurses! I’ve been in the hospital many times as a baby but no trips that I could remember. I was having severe tummy and back pain for more than 12 hours on Thursday night that finally convinced me to go to the ER. Everyone was so kind and understanding and they would tell me what was happening and why before doing anything. I honestly expected to hear that I was super constipated but the ER doctor and my nurse Kelly listened to my symptoms and decided to run a CT scan just to be safe and thank goodness they did. I ended up being moved to a room for the weekend and having a GI procedure as well as surgery for my gallbladder. Everyone-and I do mean everyone- was absolutely amazing and they made a rather scary experience into something that was a little easier to handle. Thank you so much to the janitorial team, my day nurses, my night nurses, my surgery nurses, my anesthesiologists, and of course the doctors who performed the procedures.

You couldn't ask for a better hospital and staff. I was in for an outpatient surgery for cancer and they took wonderful care of me and my wife. From my prep nurse, Meagan, to my post-op nurse, Jim, they were both top-notch. This is my new go-to hospital.

I wouldn't send my family anywhere else. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This may seem like a biased view because I once worked as a physician for Texas Health before I was disabled but here's the deal: I know how important health care and patient safety is to the medical teams at Texas Health Alliance. I have worked in many hospitals and in many places that did not share this much enthusiasm for quality care for patients. They are always looking for ways to improve and that is a hard thing to find in a company.

We just had a family member leave here after spending a week. We felt very confident that her nurses, doctors, and all providers did a great job. The cafeteria is great and reasonably priced, which we found very convenient during our visits.

We are extremely happy with the care we received from the ED staff and Dr. David Reid. He was very patient and attentive and did some great stichwork :). He took his time and made sure she was comfortable. The nursing and registration staff was very friendly as well.

Having been in and out of hospitals multiple times over the past few years for various family members, I felt compelled to write a review about one particular hospital experience that truly stood out. From beginning to end, it has been nothing short of amazing.

First and foremost, the doctors at this hospital deserve the highest praise. Their expertise and commitment to patient care were evident in every interaction. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and provide comprehensive explanations, instilling a sense of confidence and trust.

The nurses were an integral part of this exceptional experience. Their dedication and compassion shone through in their every action. They provided attentive and personalized care, ensuring that both the patients and their families felt supported and well-cared for.

If you are in need of a hospital where you can expect top-notch medical care, attentive nursing staff, and efficient processes, I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Gladys Tse is a Godsend to the world and your organization. We had our third child here and the experience was amazing. Thank you to everyone for making the last experience of having a child for us incredible!!!!!

My Mom was in observation for 2 days. She was treated well and looked after. Everyone she came into contact with went above and beyond. The professialism and kindness shown to her exceeded our expectations.

The BEST Hospital in N. Ft Worth. My husband and I have been in this Hospital many times over our lives. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else if asked.

The Nursing Staff treats you like Family and are very friendly. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had. Great food too!!

Day time ER staff is amazing! I was in lots of pain and so sick, after getting no where while visiting another hospital nearby (on 2 prior occasions) for the SAME issue with no real answer- the staff here took the time to listened to me, offered to run tests, make sure I was comfortable and got to the bottom of my issue. I also had my first baby here in 2019 and the labor and delivery floor made us feel like family. I will always choose Texas health Alliance for my families needs!

Went in for a kidney stone 7/28/2023 about 3 in the morning. I have had 2 of these before. The doctor wasn't sure if he believed my diagnosis at 1st, but that's ok, I got really good service from Dr. Navinkurve, Ashley the female nurse, and a male nurse and I didn't get his name. I am feeling much better now, not sure if the stone passed?, but the main thing is it's not hurting anymore, waiting for an follow up x'ray on the 14th to confirm that it is gone? Thanks a lot guys for the good job!!!

There is a special place in heaven for the labor and delivery nurses in this hospital. It was my first delivery and I felt so cared for, me and my baby. They checked on me when I was so sleepy to make sure I put my baby back in the crib. The conversations and advice was always so personable and loving and I was a very demanding mom due to stress of a c-section and I even stayed 3 extra days and they were so amazing and accommodating. I can’t tell you how much anxiety and fear I had as a new mom but the nurses would talk me through it and re assure me and looking back (my baby is 7 months now). I realize how valuable their advice and care was.

I’ve had 3 babies in this hospital and each time received nothing but the BEST care. 1 was by emergency Csection and baby my bundle of joy was well taken care of in the NICU, I will forever remember the love they showed my baby. The Nurses are patient, kind and sympathetic to all of your needs. They check in very frequently and ensure you have no pain making your stay as comfortable as possible.
My most recent visit was for a gallbladder issue and Dr. Owens and his nursing staff in the ER made me feel at ease and ensured I was cared for promptly.
I recommend this ER to anyone needing assistance especially in emergency situations.

The doctors on the professional building side are also phenomenal. Appointments are easy to make and service is great. 5/5 for me.

I've given birth in this hospital, had a miscarriage in this hospital, had two D&C surgeries, and have had to bring my son to this hospital. Never once have I experienced anything but professionalism, compassion, and understanding. I feel like everyone who works here, that I've encountered, has been competent and made me feel safe. I would never want to go to any other hospital. Both my OB and my PCP are based out of this hospital as well.

I’ve had to come to the ER twice over the past year. The first time I came here, it was by chance as the ambulance transporting me dropped me here. The second time, I didn’t need an ambulance and chose to come here based off the last time. Everyone is so incredibly nice and accommodating. Every single person I have interacted with in both visits has been super attentive to my needs, and treated me like they truly cared and everyone I interacted with on both occasions left me with the impression that they work at this hospital because they want to help people and help people get better. I will continue to come here for any emergency situations (of course, trying to avoid those at all costs lol) and recommend to anyone if you have the choice in selecting an emergency care provider, you choose this one.

Overall excellent experience with my wife delivering our child. Only issue we had was doctors pushing to break my wifes water when we made it clear several times that we did not want to do it. I know its like that at most hospitals anyway. One person made our expierience as great as it was. Kendra, Kendra, Kendra. Best, nicest, and most compassionate nurse weve ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. Even with the one issue we had that I noted above, I still highly recommend labor and delivery at this hospital.

Many people don’t understand how Emergency Room Acuity works. When I checked in at the ER I knew it might be a wait. Always expect to be in the ER for 4-6 hours. However, I was genuinely sick and not feeling well. I didn’t complain and read a book. I had great service, the staff was so kind, and they helped me greatly. Dr. Fuller kept me updated on my results and the next steps were. My nurse was sassy and distracted me from my pain/discomfort. She was truly amazing! Thank you THR Alliance ED for all your hardwork!!

I delivered both of my children at this hospital, had a medical emergency here, three surgeries and have seen multiple physicians in the professional building. I never had a bad experience. When having my children the nurses were amazing! I had a difficult birth with my first baby, labored for days until I literally could not go on anymore. I asked for a c-section and nobody tried to talk me out of it. They never tried to push me into anything. I decided a planned c-section with my 2nd baby there and everything went perfectly. The anesthesiologist with me was so awesome. He helped me a lot with staying calm, informing me of everything they were doing, etc. After the birth I developed Eclampsia without ever being diagnosed with pre-eclampsia during the pregnancy. I came to the ER with the worst migraine of my life. Initially they had no idea and was about to discharge me when I had a seizure for nearly 5 minutes. Thank God I was there in the bed when it happened. When I came to the room was full of doctors and nurses who quickly figured out what was going on and admitted me back to labor & delivery. Any staff I came into contact with at this hospital was always kind, compassionate and respectful. I highly recommend!
