I have used this bank for 6+ years, and the ladies at this branch are great. There is no perfect bank, but Woodforest at this branch is always easy to work with and they treat you like a valued customer instead just being annoyance...which I have experienced at several other big name banks. For this reason, I moved my business account here.

I've been using Woodcroest for years and this particular location for,the last three years. I've always had friendly service. Woodforest Bank changed security for cell phone depositing and the bank employee couldn't figure out how to make it work for me after 20 minutes of trying! I think this a problem with Woodforest and not the employee.

Worst bank ever!

Horrible Bank especially the management there very uneducated no professional customer service they don’t care about customers I feel sorry for the employees who work there, they should close this Bank,

The most difficult bank to deal with. Debit card is unreliable. No customer service after hours for emergency. Incompetent staff.

Trying to close my account is a nightmare.

Horrible place to bank AND work!
