The Sevier County Fairgrounds

The JBarK Professional Rodeo was held at the Sevier County Fairgrounds this weekend. There was a tremendous turnout of fans. The crowd was full of families who came to enjoy the rodeo. The event ran without a hitch. The performers were excellent, especially the little 7 year old girl who could trick ride. All of the cowboys gave it their all. The consessions and fair grounds were very clean. It was a beautiful evening.

Plenty for the whole family to do. There is plenty of food to pick from. Rides for small kids to adults. Contest to enter and win plus games to win prizes. Just a great time to get out and have fun. Farm animals to pet. Night lights make it more interesting to watch. Fair is always a place for family entertainment.

I love going here to the fair and other events. I've been going my entire life to the fair. My papaw and daddy included other of my family members included myself have helped clean for years until my daddy and papaw passed away.

Very family oriented. Great place for the County Fair or a car show. Great food when the Fair is running.

I love the Sevier County Fair. It’s a great small fair. My favorite part is the exhibits. People need to get out and support their local fair.

It was a beautiful night, my husband and I decided to go to our local Sevier county fair, it was on a Thursday night and in my 37 years here in Sevier county have never seen so many people at our local fair. They had to have overflow parking, which I have never seen. Every single parking spot was taken. We just had so much fun just walking around and watching everyone have so much fun . My husband actually talked me into a corn dog eating contest, him and I both signed up for it. Well my husband had to stop after just one half of his corn dog, it was pretty dry and you didn't get anything to drink . Well they gave each of us 4 corn dogs, there was a 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place, well it was me and a 13 year old girl, she didn't clean all her crumbs as per the rules, but fair enough we pretty much tied, but she got the ribbon and 2 free tickets to come back to the fair. We will go one more time just for the yummy -lishus turkey legs or something new this time a giant 1pound Porkchop on a stick. Unfortunately the biggest disappointment was the price of the food and drinks. Most drinks was $7&$8.dollars,just for a lemonade, but we found our sweet tea people kinda off to the side, a 20oz cup was$1.50 then $1.00 refills the rest of the night. Next time we go I will try to get some pictures. It was just such a perfect night, the fair was packed like I've never seen, and everyone was having so much fun, and smiling and just very nice to see so many people out.

Good fun High prices tho but thats to be expected at a small county fair

Lots to eat, good prices on food, they had animals such as Chickens, Roosters, Turkey, Geese, Bunny Rabbits, Goats, Cows, a Shetland Pony. They had livestock for sale, they had Carnival games, Carnival rides, and contests as well as a Rodeo and Boxing. It was my first time and it was fun.

I had a good time and got to spend time with my sisters, we got to see a lot of arts and crafts at the Exhibition ,we got to see the chickens,goats,turkey's, we got to see the shows and watch people have fun riding rides.We hope to get to go back next year.

Went to Tractor pulls was a good time

Typical fairgrounds, reminiscent of all my childhood visits to the local fall fair celebration. Large exhibit halls, great outdoor space next to the river and easy parking make this a great event space. A little off the beaten path but easy access and not hard to exit and enter. If you have a chance to visit, you shouldn't miss it!

I’ve only been once for the Sevier County HamFest. There was plenty of parking on the outside. For the most part level ground to walk on. The ramp into one building was quite steep, but it’s an older building. For the event I was at it world. Only thing I’d suggest would be more seating. After walking for hours, you need a place to sit down.

Love the Fairgrounds so many great events take place here. Can't wait for Circle Yer Wagens. We were here for trick or treating this year and had fun. The line was a little slow due to fire safety concerns inside the building but that is understandable. I would rather them be safe then see anyone get hurt.

We try to go for Circle Yer Wagens (VW show and swap meet) every time they have it. We've been a few times and the people working the gates are always super friendly. Lots of parking (gravel lot) and the location on the riverbank is awesome. Looking forward to going again in the spring.

I'm not a huge fan of fairs, and my expectations were quite low. However, we had an awesome time there as a family and church small group. We did not pay for any rides, but we still had plenty to do. Highly recommended!

Ran across this mini truck show by accident but had a blast!!!

Most fun we have had in awhile. Looked like everyone else did as well. It was a little bit of a break from not being able to do anything because of the corona virus. Glad they didn't cancel the fair. Lots of food vendors and games along with some good rides.
