My favorite lunch time go to! The people are all so friendly, always smiling, and they make sure I always feel welcomed! You can't beat 2 Jr whoppers for $5, either! Thank you BK and BK workers! YOU RULE! 😅

I love pickles and I love fries so when I asked for a medium fry and a side of pickles I got what I wanted! Such a funny/nice manager. Definitely my Burger King of choice because of such a generous staff.

This is such a great little Burger King in my hometown. They usually always get our special orders correct however this time they did forget the ketchup but that's okay because we enjoy them and their food. Everyone is very friendly. The price has gone up it's like $10 for a Whopper meal which is a little bit much but then again what hasn't gone up when it comes to the price of food. I mean eggs ate $6 for heavens sakes. So if you happen to be in Wadsworth or passing by The exit do yourself a favor and go get yourself some Burger King 👑
PS... Their fries are much better than they used to be...

The service at the Medina location was exceptional today. The Gentleman who took my order was very pleasant, I believe he was the manager. Service was very fast. Great customer service. Don’t like the fries though.

Very friendly employees. I ordered a frozen coke but they were out of it so they gave me a frozen cherry and a separate coke. Really nice employee who brought it out to me, professional and cheerful. Date of service 2 pm 5/17/23.

Frankly haven't visited BK for awhile, usually dine in for breakfast, rarely eat chicken or beef, beside BK switches the menu so unfamiliar & unsure if I ordered the correct sammie. They still checked my order, bless them for indulging me😁although a bit salty for my taste (yes I'm critical about nutrition & Na a matter)but Italian sauce still has good flavor & sweet, like the courteous BK crew!

I work in the drive thru usually 11-4 every day but Wednesdays and Sundays. We are severely under staffed, and most of the time I am working drive thru and front counter by myself. That's 4 positions I'm covering at once, thus the slower service. But you can count on me to be very polite, and efficient. I have at least one customer a day tell me how much they appreciate my kindness and hard work. I am never rude to a customer, even if they are mean to me. I understand the frustration, but please know, if you come while I'm there, I will treat you with the utmost respect, if I know you've been waiting awhile, I will talk to you about what I'm doing so you know I'm not ignoring you. I get a good pace going through all 4 positions, and even though the service isn't the fastest, I feel I do a pretty good job at keeping things rolling at a good pace. For those commenting on how rude the employees are, I can guarantee you that it was not me. I have more class than that. You never know what the other person is going through, so I'm very understanding, and am nice to everyone. I have much love for the customers that thank me, and see that I'm trying my best, and my work ethics are appreciated and especially to those who said I made their day. We just hired a few people, so hopefully these positions will be filled with those who know how to be respectful and do the best they can. CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST 🥇. much love to all

Seems to be understaffed frequently but the staff tries hard under pressure so an A for effort. Great to have vegetarian selections in fast food drive through. Convenient and priced fairly

I will say something about this BK or better yet the cook in the back. The Triple Whopper with cheese that I got looked like the picture. I mean it wasn't smashed and it had actual lettuce. That and something else about this BK the burgers seem bigger and the ingredients as a whole seem fresher. I was very happy with the taste and quality of my food. This is how fast food should be.

I love this Burger King because of the service. The manager and his staff are doing a great job. Really working hard and super polite. I have the crispy chicken sandwich. It was delicious.

Always use your coupons or the app. Staff and food are always great here. And yes, they deal with special orders well ... If you remember their old slogan: "Have it your way." Nothing different in 2022. Just check for the ketchup in the bag if you ask for it before you drive off.

I waited a long time in the drive thru. There were only 2 workers, Im patient and the young man was apologetic and nice. I enjoyed my food and return because I like to eat.

I usually get the Whopper with cheese however, went specifically to try the hand breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was very close to as good as Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich! Recommend you get the spicy versus the regular chicken (my husband tried the regular) it has more flavor. The spicy taste was mild not too hot. Enjoy!

Whomever the manager was that was working the 8/23 night shift is on the ball. (Wish I would have gotten his name so I could call corporate)

Super nice guy that made sure our family's visit was the best it could be. I mean seriously, this is just "fast food", my expectations are understandably low at best. This dude and the staff were great. Really surprised me to get such great customer service from everyone. Place was nice and clean like it always is. Guy that was emptying the trash cans was even sure to wish us a good night as we left the building.

I got there at 11:50 tonight, 10 minutes to closing... and it was some of the best fast food I've ever had. You can't help but worry if you're coming at a bad time, like close to closing. Do they care at this hour? Do they CLEAN while they cook? Do they just want to go home? Maybe, maybe. Didn't show tonight.

Bottom line: lives up to the expectations set by the commercials, although it's still hard to determine if it truly outdoes the classic Whopper.

I'm sure by now we've all heard the tales of the wonderous "new" chicken sandwich by Burger King, and how people are raving it's the best thing on the menu. Surely if you hear the words "RUN KING! RUNNNN" one more time, your ears may very well fall off.

If you, like many others, are wondering if it truly lives up to the ads raving lunacy, then the answer is simple; yes. The "new" chicken sandwich is possibly one of the best chicken sandwiches you can find for a semi-low price of $4.50 (or $5.75 for the meal) at a fast food restaurant. However, at least to me, it's not the delicous chicken that really sells this as "better then the whopper." On this new delicacy, comes a strange sauce I've never tasted before, something like a spicy mayonnaise, but a little better. I was not expecting this nor did the ads hint it would have such a thing on it. However, without the said sauce, it would simply be an oversized chicken sandwich, but with it, it really changes the whole flavor; and for the better.

Now, I wouldn't say it's better then a classic chicken sandwich, but it's different, and in a world of repetition, that is sometimes a good thing. Overall it was an excellent sandwich, and big over all too.

As far as the restaurant itself, you can't go into a fast food place with high hopes of quality dining and excellent service. But I was presently surprised to see smiling faces and helpful servers ready to take my order. Compliments to the fast paced chef 👏

Overall, a great chicken filled experience.

The food was hot and fresh. The workers were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice workers. Short staffed but they make up for it by service. That was the 1st ripe tomato I have had on my sandwich anywhere lately!

The staff members were working their butts off today! I just wanted to say that your hard work was noticed and appreciated! Whoever worked today deserves a raise 😄
