Have purchased several policies thru this agency. First class service, great turn around times, and they always return my calls. Alyce is so wonderful and has explained every policy with great detail. They will help you get exactly what you need.

I had the pleasure to talking with Colin at Ashley Hines this morning after placed 3 calls to Milewise. The service people over there were good but the phone system was horrible. After hold & transferred my calls for hours, I finally contacted my agent & talked with Colin, she placed the call for me to Milewise, also got all my questions answered in 15 minutes. Her professionalism & phone manners really impressed this 78 year old of me. Thank you! Colin, you are the best!

When you deal with Allstate you know you're in Good Hands, these people care for and respect their clients. Special attention should be paid to Cindy Smith with Ashley Hines Agency. She is over the top with help and knowledge. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for my insurance needs. I left State Farm after 31 years to go with Allstate and Cindy Smith. Courteous, knowledgeable and concerned for My needs for insurance. Great place to go, fantastic people to help. 5 Star in my Opinion

I am more than satisfied with my agent and Allstate. I haven’t felt anything but ripped off towards insurance of any kind in years. I am truly “rewarded “ for being a safe driver. I am the type to shop insurance because of rate changes etc. Usually, easily done with low cost to get your business, and then you get jacked up from there. So far, no one has beat their price. I also feel comfortable being with a reputable company.

Ashley Hines Allstate has been nothing but wonderful and helpful/patient in everything! I would jump back and forth between a lot of cars and they were more than happy to help get me set up with whatever I needed. True definition of good customer service. Highly recommend to anyone. I just switched to a bundle deal with ALLSTATE after being with my auto insurance company for 24 years and homeowners insurance company for 6 years. I hate to leave those long relationships but I couldn't pass up saving about $1600 a year with ALLSTATE.
