The entire staff were great, they show courtesy, understanding and patience even when I showed up late due to traffic. Brooke is awesome, ever so thorough. The Doc is very professional and gentle. He takes time to explain the care plan after reviewing my X-ray report. Keep up the good work.

Always a great energy visiting Dr.Cross and staff. Front desk worked with me on financial situation and I was very thankful for that. Maria is a so friendly, my anxiety was up, but eased up once I got in the chair. Dr. Cross is genuine, friendly and professional. Thank you all for your calm demeanor.

Jordon was the technician in charge of taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She was efficient yet friendly and did a good job. The office staff was welcoming and courteous. I appreciate the rare, good customer service in today’s world!

I love the new dentist and the front office staff! It's the little things, like the front office calling me up to ask if we my son and I to move our appointments next to each other so we can ride together. That type of care is not easy to find these days. Definitely 5 stars.

My family & I have been coming here for years. We are always met with a friendly staff & short wait times. We are in & out & everything we need is accomplished with swift & thorough care. The office is always clean & the staff is very good about working you in if you need an appointment scheduled. I love that the dental staff is always kind & makes you feel comfortable by explaining what they are doing so you wont feel so nervous. Like I said, my family has been going to them for years & for a good reason!

The staff at the front desk are professional, the clinical staff are prompt with services, and I have never had a problem. Alexis is a talented assistant who makes going to the dentist less stressful. Dr Nielsen and Dr Cross are wonderful. A great atmosphere in this office. I appreciate all of them.

The reception staffs are friendly and professional. The dentist was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination and answer any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which was important to me as I tend to get anxious about dental appointments. The treatment I received was top-notch - the dentist was skilled and efficient. I felt confident that I was in good hands, and the results were outstanding.

Brooke is the best hygienist! She is gentle and throughly cleans your teeth. Dr. Cross has great bedside manner and takes the time to listen to any concerns and for you to ask questions.
