I don’t usually leave reviews but this one feels necessary as most front desk workers don’t get the recognition they deserve! The receptionist Allison was very kind and helpful. They triaged me with such a calm presence that it instantly calmed me down. If you have the pleasure of bringing your pet here, I hope you get to meet this wholesome person. Thank you for your kindness Allison. It will always be remembered <3 (photo of my sweet boy 🐰)

Had to put my two rat friends and a hamster to sleep here. The doctors and vet techs were excellent and made sure that my boys were respected even after they were gone. They made sure to take special care and wrapped them in a blanket before placing them in their box to go home, as well as taking paw prints. Every step of the process was explained to me and they gave me the power to choose how fast they went and always offered me more time with the animal babies before they had to euthanize. Thank you CBEAM! -Andre 3000 and Turbo the rats, Bo the hamster, and Emily

Last week I brought in our rabbit who was exhibiting strange behaviors while eating, and eating progressively less over the course of 3-4 days. They saw him for an urgent care appointment and suggested imaging & bloodwork along with a visual exam of his mouth for dental disease. They found abnormal tooth wear resulting in painful molar points all over his little mouth and a cheek ulcer from the sharper points. These were trimmed down significantly while he was under anesthesia for the CT scan. Thankfully no other major dental issues were found. In the process of him feeling intense pain while eating, he developed GI stasis and had to be treated for this as well. He began eating hay again while still at the veterinary office! We've been treating him at home for 5 days and he's 100% a changed bun! Thank you to the amazing team at CBEAM for their knowledge, care & expert handling of our buns over the years!

Great communication and service I always felt like my ferrets were in good hands. Very knowledgeable. Their front desk tec Dayna was super helpful and kind to our ferret castiel today and even shared a few tops from one ferret owner to another. Always nice to know that the people taking after your pets are pet livers themselves. Thanks again Danya .

Every person we interacted with was caring and knowledgeable. We worked with multiple vets over the course of three and a half days and every one was patient and kind and thoroughly explained all of the options for our ill bearded dragon. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having a sick pet this is definitely the place to go.

Such sweet staff. Stayed in contact with us about our sweet bun during her surgery day, all day to let us know how she was doing and how her recovery was going. When we came to pickup our Bunny post spay surgery, she was made to be so comfortable and was so well cared for. We were carefully showed how to administer meds and what to look for. We weren’t rushed and our sweet bunny was clearly loved on during her visit. You definitely get what you pay for here. We had an excellent experience!!!

The veterinarian we saw was wonderful! So was the vet tech/assistant. Both were so gentle and sweet. It was obvious how much they love animals. The doctor gave me a lot of helpful information on taking care of my bunny I rescued. They have a lot of options with scheduling which is also convenient as I live in Ellensburg and drive over.

I had to bring in our bunny for a respiratory infection. The staff was prompt in returning my initial message. I also appreciated that they were able to provide a next day appointment as well as a couple "drop off" options. Upon arrival I didn't have to wait and was greeted by the vet technician. She was professional, kind, and very thorough in her questions. Likewise the doctor was very kind and thorough. I didn't get the sense they were rushed at all and they spent a lot of time asking questions and providing me with diagnostic options. I appreciated the thorough explanations and not feeling pressured to perform certain diagnostics. This is our second pet we've brought to this clinic and we've been very pleased with their service.

CBEAM has been wonderful to me and my pets. So far, I have taken 5+ of my pet Coturnix quails here. I have been coming here for a little over a year now, recently on nearly a weekly basis, and I've had a wonderful experience each time. A few of my visits have been urgent care/ER and they have always managed to fit my pets in.

The front desk staff have been great, they are responsive via emails and texts. They usually know my birds name and me when I enter, which is a nice personal touch.

The prices may not be the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. They were able to do CT scans, X-rays, blood work and more for my little bird birds.

Often quails are not even considered to be pets, however the doctors have shown compassion and that they want to help; Dr Strunk, Dr Enloe, Dr Music, and Dr Sneed have all taken excellent care of my pets. Dr Strunk gave us phone consultations in depth when we had a tumor scare with one of our birds, Chicky, and we wanted to discuss our options. She has followed up and offered advice on how we can keep her healthy for as long as possible and even provided academic research articles for further reading. Even though it looked like a tumor, she had (correctly) suggested trying an alternative treatment prior to surgery and waiting to keep an eye on things before proceeding. When Chicky was scheduled to have surgery done, Dr Strunk did another CT scan prior to double check and plan, which was great since Chicky did not end up needing surgery.

All of the staff were kind and welcoming and Dr. Music gave my bunnies a thorough physical exam. Then, she drew me a picture and educated me on the anatomy and physiology of the eyes, ears, nose, teeth. Super cool. Then, she used the diagram to explain what she thought was going on with my bunny (who was experiencing a chronic weepy eye). Then, she listed everything we could do starting with the priority and working down the list. Labeling them from highest priority to lowest. Super cool. She explained everything clearly, and gave me the option to decide how far down the priority list I wanted to go. She also taught me a new technique I can use to administer drops and syringe feeding. I'm definitely a happy camper. Thank you team for your hospitality, kindness, smiles and for helping my bunnies

I brought in my hen who had been attacked by a predator, and they treated her with such skill and compassion. Everyone I interacted was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The doctor went over every option, what it would cost, and worked with me to figure out what we could do for my hen. After all was said and done the cost was much less than I was expecting. I am beyond grateful for their services and will recommend them to everyone I know.

My rat was suddenly in respiratory distress and not doing well, I was able to bring him in same day even though I was not an already existing client. He was given oxygen therapy and sent home with medication. Within 24 hours he has drastically improved. He went from struggling to breathe/not eating/lethargic to energetic/playful and has an appetite again. I am forever grateful to this clinic for seeing my baby when nobody else would. It is certainly not cheap to take your pet into an emergency vet but it is absolutely worth it to see your pet feeling better. I so appreciate the effort and compassion of all veterinary staff who work long and stressful hours to serve the people and creatures of their community, it is an often unthanked and painful job.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
Hope & Barbecue the rat

I brought my skittish lil guy Hammy here. In my experience hamsters are so under appreciated and people think they are undeserving of proper vet care due to their short life spans. Hence I was nervous about his appointment, but the staff were so incredibly kind and the vet and vet tech were so knowledgeable! He doesn’t like being handled but the vets were so great with him. This place is a far drive for me but well worth the trip. Great experience, I fully recommend coming here.

By FAR the best experience I've had at a vet. Had to take my snake in as an emergency since he had not digested his feed and was holding his mouth open and vomiting and foaming. He had also recently lost weight. They said bring him right in. I am over an hour away, when I got there they took him right back and had me in a room for an update within 30 minutes. After discussing options it was decided the best decision was to leave him for testing. He ended up being there almost a full week. They provided daily updates by phone call, retested and sent him home with some injection antibiotic treatments. They took the time to thoroughly show me how to administer it. Every member of the staff was kind a caring. The drive for me is an hour in good traffic and 3+ in bad (its bad a lot). But I will continue to brave the drive for the exemplary care and efficiency of this team. I can't say enough about them. Thank you friends!

The ONLY place I could get help for my 11 year old rabbit on an emergency basis. The entire vet system is overwhelmed with clients right now and I tried calling about 15 places before finally getting this one. They could even get me an appointment for the ER. I waited like 15 seconds for Rabbit to be seen when I walked in. The front desk staff was caring, efficient and communicative. Dr Coyne was the same and so helpful when it came to explaining what was going on, cost concerns and listening to my thoughts. The up front cost for emergency services was a lot, but they know that and try to work with you from there to make it as feasible as possible. My little dude is back at home, still recovering from a GI stasis scare but feeling better. Thanks guys!

I brought my sick guinea pig in. The vet we saw was very kind and patient. She very reasonably understood financial constraints and said she was there to help me make the best choice for me and my pet. I felt very supported and not pressured to do any certain thing. They were transparent about costs and I felt they were fair. Luckily, my piggy is making a full recovery. Great clinic for small pets!

I want to thank staff and Dr.Lee for helping us during a tragic time. My guinea pig fell ill and we didn’t know what to do. Given that we had previously visited for medical advice, I felt comfortable enough to return. I left my piggie for examination to be told horrifying news that a bump had been found in his abdomen. We were given options for testing, but ultimately decided for euthanasia given the well-being of our pet and its state. We were treated with kindness and we were able to spend as much time with our loved one as needed. Furthermore, I never felt led into a decision. Having control for my loved ones autonomy was respected and encouraged. Thank you! I would come here for emergency or primary care. My piggie was also made very comfortable and I can tell the staff and doctors care.

After calling 3 other clinics and being turned away, they were able to get me an emergency visit for the respiratory distress my Guinea pig was experiencing. I had an extremely difficult hour drive from South of Seattle to Bothell, and when I made it to the clinic I broke down because I was so scared for my Guinea pig and her health. The staff were immediately empathetic and supportive, doing what they could to bring me back down by bringing me a cup of cold water and talking me though. They did everything in their power to help my Guinea pig and explained diagnostic processes clearly so I could understand what they would be doing, why, and make decisions on the care they were providing. It was a very expensive visit, about $1,400.00, but it's worth it knowing both the staff and myself have done everything we can to help my Guinea pig recover from pneumonia.

My experience was amazing! I loved the whole staff! They're all so friendly, kind, and understanding! When I walked in the first time and eveey time after that k felt so welcomed! Also they have more equipment to help with exotics, I went to a dogs, cat and exotic vet before but they didn't have the right equipment for my rabbit. They also keep in touch very well and are consistent with their updates! I went in to see them for my rabbit because she was having problems after her spay. She stayed there for a couple of days then they sent me home with medication to give to her but I wasn't on top of it because of my job and all the stress I was under. They told me that they can take in my rabbit till she's more stable because they understand that its really stressful and life happens. That ment so much to me!!! Definitely will be switching them to my primary ❤
