Friendly and professional, TAG roofing provided inspection of my roof after two recent hailstorms. The fact that they didn't insist on my roof needing repair and showing me visually why ensures that I will absolutely be using them when the time comes.

We were very satisfied with this company. Isaac Kuntz walked us through the process after his inspection of the roof. He showed us pictures of what repairs were needed. He presented all our options and samples of materials they'd use. He listened to our questions and gave us the answers--about the whole process, the materials, the supervisor, and the workers. Everything was checked over afterward and the area around our home was carefully cleaned up. We were informed that should we have any concerns about our new roof due to weather-related issues, we could call them and the company would send out someone to check on it. All costs were shown to us beforehand and our contract was clear and well-written. TAG Roofing & Exteriors was recommended to us by a previous customer, and we are very satisfied by the work that was done.

TAG Roofing replaced my roof due to hail damage.

I researched a number of companies and found TAG Roofing through Owens Corning as they are one of the two Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractors north of Austin that are certified and trained on modern roofing technology. Their Shingle Recycling Pledge was also nice to know that my old shingles were not going to end up dumped somewhere.

Noah came out to inspect the roof first and did an amazing job showing the damage from the hail, and what repairs would be needed.

Noah walked us through our options and was honest about what would be a good investment for our situation, and which may not be. He has been associated with TAG Roofing since he was in high school and this shines through when he talks about the company, the industry, their customers.

The pricing was far better than other companies, especially when if came to other "professional" companies that have shiny promotional documentation and fancy presentations that all end up added into the cost of the work.

TAG was also able to work directly with my insurance company to cover damages that were originally missed in the appraisal.

After the job was done Noah also went out of his way to find us an option for zero-interest financing to cover the upgrades we had added.

my experience with TAG Roofing was excellent. Before accepting the job Brian with TAG was out here to patch a leak in my roof until I could decide if I was going to accept their services or not. I decided to go with TAG Roofing based on quality workmanship. Although I could have save money by going elsewhere I am not in the habit of accepting the lowest bid. I go for quality work and stable business that will be around should I need to follow up. TAG Roofing has both qualities and good customer service too. Brian followed up to make sure I was happy and made a repair to a loose heating pipe as well on the post work inspection. Payment both before, during and after was effortless because TAG Roofing did most of the paperwork. I just had to sign documents and checks. The rest was taken care of quickly and professionally. I highly recommend for stress free roofing replacement and repair.

Tag Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof. Noah went above and beyond taking videos of what we needed done and to add to that he showed us sample of materials they were going to use. We felt comfortable knowing what was going on with the new roof. After the new roof was installed we saw another updated video of what had been done. A roof is something you hope not to purchase more than two or three times at most in your lifetime, and I'd already had two bad experiences with roofing contractors. Had Noah Rolette come out and take a look at our roof. He was able to show us the damage done by the hail, explained the shingles and other products they were going to use and why TAG uses the product they do. He worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was going to be covered and there were no issues that would come up later. We talked about a timeline when we wanted to have the roof repair done and they fit the repair in during our timeline. He kept us updated on what was going to happen about when the roof supplies were going to be dropped off, when the team was going to show up to do the replacement and then when the final inspection was going to happen. The whole project was done on time and exactly as Noah told it was going to go. Noah was very professional and very communicative during the experience and I could not ask for more. I am so thankful for my recent experience with TAG Roofing. We purchased our home two and a half years ago and just recently noticed a leak in our garage. I dug out the paperwork from the previous owners and noticed that the warranty was still good for 6 more months. I contacted the company and explained my situation, thinking that I would get blown off. Garth, the owner of TAG, was very responsive and called me back immediately. He sent out someone that same week to fix the flashing that had lifted around my dryer vent. He advised that we wait a few weeks to make sure the leak was fixed and then sent out someone to replace the drywall on the garage ceiling and repaint. It looks brand new and there is no evidence whatsoever of the leak. I am so impressed by this company's customer service and standing by their work. Their professionalism and responsiveness was a nice surprise and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs roof work in the future. Thank you, TAG!

Tag Roofing: "Professionals, Courteous and Reliable". Twice I was denied by my house insurance company on fixing the roof. TAG came and said, "We can get it done". Although skeptical, they not only got it done, but got more stuff fixed than what I expected. They knew my expectations, but far exceeded that! Brian and Albert were great! They worked with the insurance company and I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it. The job was done quick but very clean. I literally found no debris or nails after the job was done.
