Red Roof Inn & Suites Scottsboro

I found myself in need of a place to stay for several nights.
The room was clean, the staff was professional and kind.
The laundry utilities were up to date.
For the price, I was well pleased.

One if the best budget hotels I have stayed at, the price is great and the rooms are very nice. There is a pool, coffee bar, hot tub for 20 bucks extra, they are ordering the waffles that you heat up for complimentary breakfast. The staff is amazing!!

Room with Jacuzzi tub, very spacious, comfortable beds. Great stay!

For the last few years every motel I've stayed at has had all kind of problems from dirty towels to no towels and rude customer service. I was very happy with my stay here. It was clean and friendly staff. The only issue was there was the loud noise all night. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Beds were very comfortable and awesome pillows. This is the first motel I've been at that didn't leave me sore or hurting from the bed. Thank for the clean room.

Each time we make a trip in home this is where we try to stay. It is a central location. 45 minutes to Huntsville, just a tad more to Chattanooga, but yet a little slower paced that the big city offers. Donnie, which went to school with my husband and Sharon, both at the front desk are always going above and beyond to be accommodating. Whether we are on a little R&R visiting family or like this trip seeing a family member one last time then all join together for the funeral. Sharon really pulled through for us this time. Thank you for all your help. The breakfast was pretty good. A new automatic pancake maker. Cereal, scrambled eggs,sausage..... so basicly I had a sausage and egg mcpancake that I dipped in the syrup. The rooms are always clean. It's the best bang for your buck around here. Oh and it's right next door to Hardee's. Win win. Thank you guys for making this trip a little easier.

This location on a scale of 1-10 gets a 10. Very pleasant place it was quite and peaceful.

It was a nice stay for the price. Not too busy, real quiet and the staff were great. And for the price you won't get much better. It was as good as it could be for this type of hotel. I will be back

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Quick check in too. My only complaint is the breakfast. They really should step it up a bit considering this isn't the cheapest place to stay. They served watered down decaf coffee, hard as rock biscuits, stale cereal and mini muffins. But there is a McDonald's right down the street, so decent coffee IS available near by. I would definitely stay there again... Just now I know to plan breakfast elsewhere. The beds and pillows are super comfortable (my 12yr old SWORE they were memory foam) and the staff is more than accommodating with extra towels and toiletries for the kids, stuff like that. The pool is nice too, lots of pleasant seating. Also, I was impressed with how clean the rooms are. Absolutely worth it.

Very well-run property. Pool is sparkling, breakfast good, rooms clean and staff welcoming. One of the best Red Roofs in the southeast. They're act glad you're there.

Really appreciated the rules in place for Covid. Free pet stay for my service dog was a highly appreciated and loved option I now have for Red Roof. Best part was how clean the room was and pictures did not give the size of the space we had in the king size room. Seriously, this will be my go to place when I come up for work again.

I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Instead the have a soft lenolium that looks like hardwood. Floor was so clean that I'd let my kids play on it. Friendly staff, all wearing masks. Check-in took less than 5 minutes.
Fluffy soft bed, super comfy. Very clean ice maker. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room along with Cable tv and wifi. I stayed in a handicap accessible room and the bathroom and clearances are amazingly well designed and spacious.
Only one tiny drawback was no luggage cart.
Also they are not serving breakfast because of covid-19, but that's perfectly understandable. My stay for one night with 2 adults was $57 after taxes and required a $50 deposit which I was able to put on my credit card.
I will try other Red Roof Inns because of how nice thi one was.

Don was working the front desk when we checked in. He was amazing! He was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is older, but has gone through some updating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was what you would expect for a free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in town.

Staying here now for a work assignment, very comfy and pets are allowed we brought our weenie dog so there is plenty room. MUCH nicer than previous hotel locally stayed in and much cleaner I am so thankful I changed to the red roof, friendly staff, nice size room, safe environment, very nice hot and cold breakfast to choose from. Definately the best deal in town for your money and peace of mind . Quite, I dont have anyone banging on my door all day, housekeeper does excellent job, if you stay here I think you will be happy .

Very easy to find. Room was nice, bed comfy. Tub was kind of tall too climb in with these old knees, but i made it. Toilet was low to ground, found that strange, but lobby one was high enough. Breakfast was great, usual, waffle machine, sausage n biscuits, toasts, muffins coffee and usual drinks.

My room was clean and orderly. The internet was great in my room not slow and I easily connected to it. The staff member I met was very nice. Three linens in my room were neat and clean. For the price I would give it this nice rating.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and modern. Our beds were cozy and clean and the whole place was nice. We didn't wake in time for breakfast but the pool sure was nice looking. It was affordable, especially with our Cisco discount, and I'd cerainly go again!

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Pet friendly rooms with your own freezer, fridge and microwave! Rooms are clean and recently updated. Great wifi signal​ and bandwidth!! They have a continental breakfast available in the mornings to wake you up. Would definitely recommend staying here for the price and will bring the dogs next time with us. Close to fireworks factory outlets and a baggage claim outlet with amazing deals.

Clean room, good price, and pleasant staff! It's obvious that owners are reinvesting money into the property. Always a good sign.

I think some of the comments are by those that forget it's not the Ritz Carlton. It's the Red Roof Inn of Scottsboro. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Great inn, cleaner than some 4 star hotels. The free breakfast actually had hot food items is worth it. The rooms are stylish, which may be a preference choice and the floors may get cold. Plenty of accessible power outlets and good water pressure.

The rooms are beautiful excellent Platinum the people that work here are amazing if you're going anywhere on vacation and you're anywhere near Scottsboro Alabama you must stay at the Red Roof Inn it's the best they have to offer.
