First Convenience Bank

I would like to say that my service here today was the best Ms.Samantha went above and beyond to help me and made sure I walked out happy because my account been compromised and she has been patient with me I would recommend this bank to anyone but overall every worker is very nice I love this bank been banking with them for years and they are always happy to help...

love this Bank location and hours but it's hell trying to get through on the phone just to find out what the hours of operation or without Calling a 800. ...

This place should be called first inconvenience bank. It cost $150 a month to have the account with the maintenance fees that they don't tell you about upfront. I opened my account and my account was hacked within the first 12 days and all my money was stolen and they made me wait 30 days to get it back. Then I had to pay fees out of pocket on top of it. If you go into the office definitely don't talk to Enrique he's probably the least helpful. Oh yeah also if you need to ever call in get ready for 2 or 3 hours on hold. What an absolute nightmare this has been. Truly unbelievable. I'm literally sick to my stomach over the whole ordeal still.

Located in the same strip mall but now located within H-E-B. I highly recommend staying away from this bank. I figured I would ignore the Google reviews and try them out anyways, this was a big mistake on my part. Make sure to review the charges they will apply when you sign up. At first it does not seem like much but it adds up. I paid over $150 in fees! The staff is super nice. It’s just the banks business model that’s really awful.

This bank is horrible and will scam you for NSF fees!

They charged me $374 for overdraft fees on debit card transactions instead of Declining them in 4 consecutive days!

No calls! No notifications! No declines! How one is supposed to know they are in over draft? I have no idea!

The post deposits in the order they want and they don't notify and most importantly, I never opted in! Now it's been a week that they are trying t St a hold of their manager to waive the fees and he is not responding to any of the calls or emails!

I stop by the bank to get clarification on some of the policies of banking . I was told it was going to take a long time ,and that I would get a call back .I'm starting to feel that the guy just blew me off because I never received a call.

Absolute trash of a bank. Don't do business with first bulls*it bank.
