From initial visit to end Bothell Furniture provided top notch service. After an experience with a "high end" store in Bellevue where the sales rep knew nothing about the Fjord chairs they were selling, we were so impressed with Kim's unhurried and expert approach. As it turned out when we got the chair there was a problem with the mechanism. They ordered a new one and made the exchange efficiently. Really like a breath of fresh air to get good old-fashioned customer service like this. And there is plenty of parking to boot, without fighting the Bellevue crowds.

This review is a little late in coming, but the staff at Bothell Furniture was so helpful, I had to make sure I posted something. After my in-laws purchased a lift recliner chair, they had some issues with it. The staff went above and beyond to help them resolve things which they really didn't have to do since the sale was finalized. They truly seemed to want to make all parties happy and helped us to resolve everything. I apologize, but I lost the business card for the one lady that helped us through the ordeal, but I'm guessing she'll remember us! I would highly recommend this store not only for their quality furniture, but most importantly their outstanding sales staff, management, and overall customer service. Thank you!!!

The team there is super nice. What you get are amazing quality furniture and an incredible team working with you to get exactly what you want. I am not a customer who can buy a whole set at a time, but am assembling a set piece by piece and love that I can go back and have just order another matching piece.

It was strange after many years of buying flatpak or particle board stuff to be able to make so many choices about the furniture I was getting. The customization options are amazing. I really like being able to be very specific about the options on what I am getting.

In the age of 2-day shipping, I enjoy the wait because I know it is getting made for me, and it is going to be a solid piece. And I haven't been disappointed yet. I have loved the craftsmanship of everything I have got there. The feel, smell (probably weird, but the solid wood is amazing), and operation (e.g. drawers) has been spectacular.

The customer service is also amazing. I can't say how amazing they are at trying to make everything right on the off chance there is something amiss.

When looking for furniture I wanted items that were going to last and not just flimsy, low quality items from a big box store. Bothell furniture had amazing pieces and they are truly built to last. They we're flexible with delivery and what I thought would be a challenging goal of getting a coach up a spiral staircase ended up going so smoothly. They reviewed photos and video of it prior to delivery so as to have the best idea how to get it up and the preparation they took made it super simple. I'm so glad we went with this furniture store. The couch is solid, beautiful and made to order and is one of the best buys we made!

Love, love, love this furniture store! Yes, you pay top dollars but what you get is top of the line furniture made in America. The furniture you find there is pure quality, have great designs, and are made to last. If you are planning on buying new furniture for your home do yourself a favor and check out this store.

We moved to Bothell 3 years ago from Kirkland. We wanted to fill our new house with furniture from a local store. We found Bothell Furniture and bought a sofa, 2 loveseats, and 2 recliners. We also bought a few pieces to hang on our walls.

We have been so happy with the quality of the furniture, and the customer service even after the sale has been fantastic.

We recently had an issue with the mechanism for one of the recliners in our sofa. Although the manufacturer provides a warranty, it only covers parts. Bothell Furniture covered the labor themself.
