Riviera Maya Mexican Restaurant

I ordered the fish tacos. Everything was great...the fish was cooked to perfection. Beans and rice also came with the meal. The beans/rice was not overcooked and the portions was well worth the money.

This place is a gym in every possible way. The location is great at Mercer village, the food is amazing: : recent dish I had was bacon wrapped prawns and a very spicy chicken dish with the usual rice and beans. They always have treated my mom and I well there. They are very nice people, people of the island flocked to this place with their babies and kids and parents. There are sports televisions all around, so it's festive, not that quiet.

Yum! The margarita’s are the size of a fish bowl and they are delicious!

I love the hot chips and salsa and even better yet, it also comes with this crunchy fresh cabbage side as well as the spicy bean dip which the combo is yumalicious!

Today, we tried the chicken 🐔 quesadilla’s and W O W were they sizzling hot good! We asked for whole beans rather than refried beans and again ... yumville!

Thanks for filling up our bellies! So so sooooooo worth it!

The only thing I would change, if you could, is to move to the Northend of the Island ... other than that, see you next time!

Stopped by for lunch this week while traveling. I had the Taco salad with chicken. It was delicious. I have had others with no flavor and super greasy. This one was flavorful and crisp and delicious!

Recently moved to MI and had heard this place was good so we decided to give it a shot over the weekend. It was delicious! Great service & delicious fresh food. Incredibly well priced too. I would definitely come back! We ordered 3 taco salads each with different meat, all of them super yummy. And yes, there is such thing as a bad taco salad!

Update: I have been like 5+ times and haven't even lived on the island for 2 months. This place is AMAZING!

Had an incredible time tonight with our large group of friends at the Riviera Maya Restaurant on Mercer Island! Juan and his whole family who were welcoming, accommodating to 14 people, and their food was mind blowing great. Loved their decor and music also. We will definitely go there again. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Best food on the south side of the island! Love their arroz con pollo and shrimp dishes. Super quick and nice people. I do swear that they have different chefs each with their own take on their dishes since I’ve ordered the same thing a few times and it has come in several different ways. Even though the style may be different from day to day, it is almost always amazing.

The hostess is always smiling and greeting the customers as she scurries across the room of private tables making sure everyone has what they need! I am so glad there is an excellent Mexican restaurant on the island!

The food and service at this place are AMAZING, and also I love going to eat here because I can watch live sports games while I eat here.

Polite service and very fast cooking this veggie plate / burrito took less than 5 min to get

Tried take out for the first time at this restaurant tonight. Food was good. Service was great! A small mix up with order and they stepped up and corrected beyond my expectations. Will definitely go back, both for take out and sit down dinner when able.

I've been here several times and the food is always great. Myself and my mom both ordered the chicken fajitas today and the portions were more than enough. Well seasoned and the service was great. We'll be back again!

The food was amazing! I got the shrimp and steak meal with a taco on the side. Perfect way to end the night:) I was able to have a brief conversation with the waiter while I waited for my food. They are all super kind! Highly recommend!!

Today I tried the cochinita pibil tacos and the burritos with mole, they were outstanding, highly recommended, the place is also great to have a relaxing time. Keep it up!!😌
