I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! I took in my wedding ring that had gone through the garbage disposal. It was mangled and stones had fallen out. I honestly thought it was beyond repair. They restored my ring to absolute perfection in only a day! Fits like a glove, stones polished, metal smoothed and exactly like new. I was shocked when I picked it up. I am forever grateful to this incredible and friendly team. Couldn't recommend this place enough!!!

So far I've had a great experience and feel that the staff I've talked to so far have been super nice, helpful and welcoming. I came down recently with my grandma's wedding ring that my mom had passed down to me. It belonged to her grandma...so this put it's around the 20s....I was curious if it was valuable at all and the gemologist was not in...I don't really want to sell the ring...but if it's value is more than the 2 evictions my family is facing then I'll keep the roofs over my family members heads and sell it! Ive always been curious of this store and I decided to make it my first stop...and I do think I'll be going back there to see if the gemologist is available to take a look and give me an idea $$$ ...reguardless I think it's a great store, I was treated great! Everything looks amazing in there! And I felt comfortable...like they weren't trying to screw me over ...and that's important! (Side note: I was reading the reviews and I nearly choked on my coffee because I love the "lean" response! Lmfao!...that's funny stuff! I needed that laugh!)

The best customer service I've experienced with a jewelry store. They repaired and cleaned my chain faster than expected I highly recommend this establishment over the big box stores like Kay and Zales, the locally owned shops actually care about their customers

Wow. I had visions of the ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend, and Bonaci took it to the next level. I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!

I had an opal ring that needed an opal replaced. They matched my new opal with the other opals perfectly. 7 years ago my husband and Bob had a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" experience for me. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. You don't find the cookie cutter jewelry that you find at every other stores.

Took my ring to get it resized. The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship was excellent. The turnaround time was incredibly fast--less than a week. Bob is extremely friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of. I love that this is a local business with quality service.

I owe this company my marriage. :). After losing my wedding ring - a precious family heirloom - they were able to recreate it by using pictures of the original. They even showed me mock-ups of what the ring would look like before I approved it. Every time I wear my ring (which I never take off now!) I am grateful to them for making it look exactly like the original. This is definitely the place I will go for any jewelry purchase. Huge fan of supporting local businesses, and this place is wonderful.

I needed to "recycle" or "re home" some rings from my mom's collection. Carrie was amazing and super friendly. The care and attention she gave really put me at ease. I took my my wife's wedding ring there the summer before she & I were married (which was back in Dec. 2016!!), yet I STILL find myself recommending this place to people. I took my (then fiance's) ring there to be resized. My wife is 5' and she has the hands to match.

Finding a *quality* ring in her size is what I imagine panning for gold must be like!!!

The jeweler took the time to ensure that I understood the process he would use and the potential outcomes (both the positive AND the negative), especially considering that we were attempting to reduce the ring by a couple sizes. Great communication, a surprisingly fast turnaround time, and an even more surprisingly low cost!! I am STILL grateful.

My grandson found a precious gem. Which I thought was a piece of glass. I took it in along with my grandson and a very nice employee took out her magnifying glass gave it once-over said um and a lot and then informed him it was a very nice piece of glass that's totally all I have to say because I wasn't shopping for anything but I wanted to give this place and acknowledgment for the way they handled my grandson and helped out thank you

I came in to have a custom engagement ring designed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received or with the finished product. Very friendly staff- they patiently worked with me through every step of selecting gemstones, choosing their positions in the ring, etc. The finished ring is just what I was hoping for, and the price was quite affordable too! I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be coming back to purchase my wedding bands, and as well as for any other jewelry needs in the future.

I meant to do a review a long time ago, but I kept forgetting (until now!). I first came to Bonaci back in 2015, when I needed my engagement ring repaired before my wedding (gotta be careful with emeralds...thank goodness for insurance!). My husband and I worked with Phil, and he did an excellent job finding a new emerald even better than my original to be replaced. We ended up purchasing our wedding bands here as well (my husband gets compliments on his tungsten ring all the time...I just got a plain white gold band ;) )

I come in periodically to get my rings cleaned, and on my trip last week I met Raina, who was an absolute delight. While my rings were being cleaned, she chatted with me about different gemstones, qualities and differences. I asked if they had any sales coming up, but unfortunately I just missed one. However, she showed me many pieces that were heavily discounted, and I ended up walking out with a very pretty $45 ring! I chose it because I thought it was pretty (and affordable!), but one of the other jewelers popped by and informed us that the gems on the ring I had chose were topaz. This was awesome because my husband's birthstone is topaz, and I had originally wanted to get this gem in my wedding band (but we couldn't afford it). Sure, the color may not be the true birthstone color, but the gem is correct; how serendipitous! You never know what might happen when you have a chat with some friendly people :)

We walked in and were treated with professional courtesy by Jack. They had the perfect band for my upcoming wedding, so we walked out with a piece the same day. No fuss. No high pressure sales. Just real honesty and professionalism. Would recommend this place to anyone getting married. Will definitely be back.

Always have a good experiece at Bonaci finding something new and unique for my wife. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find good jewelers like Bonaci in this area.

Went to this local shop in Kent for a repair quote for loose stones on a ring. We were greeted promptly and felt welcomed by Kim as she consulted with their jeweler for a price. The whole process was rather quick both drop off, repair time and pickup and the price was met our expectations and with outstanding quality work.

This is the Best Jewelry Store! I don't go anywhere else! The People who work here are FABULOUS and the nicest people you will ever meet!! They always work with you to get you what your looking for and they have always been able to fix all my broken jewelry! The owner is the best owner! I have know him for over 20 years!!! Most honest guy I know!! This is the BEST Jewelers in town!! 😊

The staff if very friendly and they are taking precautions during these difficult times and allowing customers by appointment. Bob was very helpful in picking out a engagement ring for my girl friend. They have variety of collections which can fit your budget.
They can also build a customized ring.

I took my grandmother’s diamond and emerald ring in to Bonaci’s to be completely refurbished including replacing the emerald which was chipped. The entire staff was so helpful to us as we made decisions throughout the process. They were consistently welcoming, patient, and informative.
