Their breakfast is better than at most restaurants. Great country cooking. The server was awesome. The regional manager was there and gave us some cake after bragging about it. That was some good cake, ya'll.

Used the drive thru and the wait was reasonable.. service was good and everything tasted delicious when we got home.. no complaints here..

The girl Andrea that took my order was fast officiant very help full she had the best hospitality I've seen in a long time she deserves to be employee of the month very sweet and help lady bc I will be back

I’m not normally a fry person but today I got fries from Scottsboro and they were the best fries I’ve ever had!!

Impressive service, cleaness, the plates were well served, the eggs were actual eggs, the bacon was tasty, the toasts were good, we will be back.

Dining area clean, neat. Staff was friendly. And the classic Krystals were absolutely Delicious as always!

They were short staffed but had a notice at drive-thru so that you could wait or not. In spite of long lines the staff was nice. The food was fresh and good.

Came through the drive-thru wanting a milkshake and the ice cream machine was down. Was super disappointed BUT! The man at the window was exceptional! He was an older man I wish I would’ve gotten his name he was working the late shift on 3/16. Super nice, friendly and patient with an awesome attitude! Will be back again (-:

Some people give Krystal a bad wrap, but it is a very tasty mini burger that allows hits the spot when you want something quick and easy. The folks at this particular spot were understaffed as most businesses are right now. However, my food was excellent and was picture perfect. Thank you for your willingness to feed us during this strange time.

Fast And friendly service the property was well maintained. Close to Walmart in the Home Depot. They seem to be a very clean place so if you're worried about eating somewhere there in cogan this would be a good place. And as always Crystal's work very reasonable priced and delicious.

Amazing as always anytime anywhere...its a little reward eating Krystal with our little Family😘 the children love that their small enough to hold. Yet with a big taste adding fries is always a plus. Then a drink to finish the meal off completely. We love the meal where you get a little of it all. Satisfies everyone taste buds.

They were pretty busy, but they got my order correct and I had a lot of special requests. They were polite and helpful. Service was a little slow but, like I said they were busy. I will go back for sure.

Stopped by while working in area to get my usual sunriser combo with an apple pie! While waiting for pies to cook I chatted with the employees. Very friendly and good people.

I personally love those little square sliders any way you give to me. Those freaking little minced onion morsels are perfect every bite i take. And i can eat 12 by myself which always fills me up without disappointment

I like this place a lot. The people seem nice and the food is good.
They recently had a renovation, so the store is nice and shiny.
This place is popular for lunch and dinner. Be prepared for a line, but the workers here will keep it moving.

We are from Guntersville and in town for a couple days to work... My husband and I decided to have Krystals, I'm always reluctant because it seems no one cooks the patty long enough anymore and Krystals turns out to be really gross.... not the Krystals in Scottsboro, AL this Krystals was absolutely awesome!!!! Even the corn pup was awesome. I hope yall keep up the awesome cooking! 🍔🌭
